Very nice, clean and open concept 1750 sq ft townhome on one of Green Valleys Golf Courses. Still being updated, already new bedroom sets, TVs updated furniture. Great area, close to shopping, dining, golf and retail areas. Large Patio with Mountain View’s. Master BR has a great Mountain View. Wake up to those sunrises over the mountain as the back faces east. Then in the evening enjoy the front patio with a cute fountain and get a few sunsets. Property also has a large additional room that will be set up as a den/office. Two Rec centers within 1 mile of the home. Enjoy the pools, tennis hot tub and many other activities for a small fee. Pictures do not yet show all the improvements that will be made. A great get away location to avoid those winters.

Green Valley Gem

Comfortable home in a beautiful, safe community. Good location for access to amenities and shopping. The great patio on east side with a mountain view made for relaxing morning coffees and afternoon siestas. The roses started to bloom during our stay and were gorgeous. There is some highway noise at times on some days but this is minimized on the patio side. Made for a great home base for birding excursions for two weeks in late March.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our extended stay in this beautiful, well appointed home in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to shopping and the GVR rec centers (which we took advantage of every day). Totally met all of our needs! The owners & local property manager were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We highly recommend this home!

Love it

This was the second year staying here. We see the sunrise over the St. Rita Mountains from the patio. All is quiet and the stars blaze in this dark sky location. The house is comfortable and roomy. The location has great access to whateve you’d like.

Great views

This is a great villa right on the golf course. The views are amazing, and the villa is very livable. Third time as guests of these hosts. They are always responsive and pleasant. This is the best area in Green Valley as far as we’re concerned. Enjoy your stay😊😎👋

Julie’s home is very clean, spacious, and has great views of the mountains. The living room is comfortable for reading and watching the big screen TV. We started each day feeding the birds and watching the sun come up over the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay.

Loved it

We loved Julie’s rental. It was even better than the online profile. The sunrise over the mountains was a daily spectacle. Quiet, almost dark sky location. Walking our dog under a sky of stars was great. Big smiles.

Great Birding Location

This was our first Birding trip to the Green Valley area and this property had all we needed to cook an evening meal, have a good night's rest, and then be off again in the morning. There are nice front and back patios, but we just weren't around enough to enjoy them. The location was perfect to access various birding locations, as well as groceries and other necessities. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack as many clothes.

Always Perfect

This is a big, relaxing house on two different golf courses. It has two spacious bedrooms and a den which easily fits a blowup bed if needed. It is close to many restaurants and into town and back. This was my second time there, and I always feel welcomed!

The absolute best!

We loved our stay in Green Valley! This house was perfect. Extremely clean, lots of space and beautifully furnished. We like to cook and found everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen. We had great communication with the manager but rarely needed her. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this the best we’ve found anywhere. I hope everyone who rents here cares for this lovely home as we did

Charming, peaceful retreat

The house is comfortably appointed with everything needed to relax and enjoy remote work and downtime. The neighborhood is walkable complete with friendly neighbors! I would certainly stay at this property again.

Just a Delight

This home had all that we wanted -- clean, remodeled kitchen, gas fireplace, pretty view of the mountains with a nice outdoor patio area. Property manager was very responsive. It was a great place to hang after a day of outside activity.
