Perfect Stay

Place is amazing, quiet, comfortable, relaxing, within short distance of anything we needed. I was even able to set up my small telescope a few evenings and capture some cool things. Would love to stay again next year.

Quiet lovely home in Green Valley, south of Tucson

This home was a very comfortable stay in a great location for visiting sites south of Tucson. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the king sized bed was much appreciated. The orange and grapefruit trees outside provided a delicious snack anytime of day.

The location was convenient. Nice view across the golf course to the Mountains. It is an older condominium but in good condition. Kitchen well supplied. Would stay there again.

For me perfect location and a very spacious home. I liked sitting on patio watching the sunrise and at nite the stars were brilliant. The orange blossom aroma was magnificent.

Clean, cute, and comfortable

My husband and I stayed in the home for two weeks. Next time we hope to stay longer. We enjoyed the golf course view, the cleanliness of the home, and the friendly neighbors and property managers next door. This is an older home with a lot of charm that has been well cared for and is very clean.

Very nice unit - clean and quiet. Beds comfy and very nice to sit on back patio in the morning with coffee, singing birds and view of mountains. Only “wish list item” would be written instructions for tv and the remotes.

Wonderful & homey

My husband and I enjoyed our 20 days in Julie’s home. We were greeted by Julie’s sister, Cindy, who answered any questions and made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect with a great outdoor area suitable for entertaining friends, watching the birds and the golfers. We hosted several dinners and used the great, little barbecue. Plenty of seating for 6 in the dining room and patio! The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and a big screen tv with plenty of channels. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely for morning walks. We’ll be back for sure!

Bad mannered manager

Our reception by the manager and following telephone conversation with the owner threw a pall over our stay - they over- reacted and were childish and demanding. I don’t know if this was racially motivated on the part of the manager. Apart from that, the house is comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. All restrictions regarding the house / parking, and the surrounding golf course should have been clearly stated in the prospectus.

Fun in Green Valley

We have stayed here two years now. The location is great, and we enjoy the villa very much. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the birds singing and watching all the critters. We will stay here again in the future. Cindy is always available to for any issues that may come up.

Great Place!

This is the nicest BRBO we’ve spent time at. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and internet fast. With hummingbirds buzzing the feeder I afraid of us and a Mockingbird and Curve-billed Thrasher to entertain us with song while reading or just enjoying the Santa Rita Mountain View it was so relaxing. Joe and Julie were very welcoming. Thanks so much!

Nice Location, Nice Spacious Place

The property was exactly as we expected. Conveniently located, very nice and clean, spacious in and out. We especially liked the outdoor sitting area for reading and listening to the mockingbird in the warm Arizona sun. We'd surely go back again.

Wonderful stay

The townhouse was a great place to stay in Green Valley, especially with the mountain views from the patio at sunset. We also enjoyed fresh oranges from the tree outside (early January).

Wonderful property!

Love this house! Very comfortable, clean and the back porch is heaven (spent a lot of time there). Nice neighborhood, check-in easy, great communication with owners and manager. Highly recommend!

Great golf course location!

I walked in and felt like I was home--very comfortable layout, superb views and the golf course location plus walkable neighborhood made this an *A+ place and we'll return next year! Watch out for the two bushes in the back along the wall as they have thorns and if the crew has trimmed, make sure you, your dog don't walk there until you lean over and look for the thorns!
