This Townhome is a definite plus for golfers - right on the second hole of the Green Valley Country Club, and offering views of the beautiful Santa Rita mountains. Loved watching all the bird life. It's in a very relaxed, friendly neighborhood yet close to all services - including grocery, pharmacy, and the like. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect Stay
Place is amazing, quiet, comfortable, relaxing, within short distance of anything we needed. I was even able to set up my small telescope a few evenings and capture some cool things. Would love to stay again next year.

Quiet lovely home in Green Valley, south of Tucson
This home was a very comfortable stay in a great location for visiting sites south of Tucson. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the king sized bed was much appreciated.
The orange and grapefruit trees outside provided a delicious snack anytime of day.

Clean, cute, and comfortable
My husband and I stayed in the home for two weeks. Next time we hope to stay longer. We enjoyed the golf course view, the cleanliness of the home, and the friendly neighbors and property managers next door. This is an older home with a lot of charm that has been well cared for and is very clean.

Wonderful & homey
My husband and I enjoyed our 20 days in Julie’s home. We were greeted by Julie’s sister, Cindy, who answered any questions and made us feel so welcome.
The location was perfect with a great outdoor area suitable for entertaining friends, watching the birds and the golfers. We hosted several dinners and used the great, little barbecue. Plenty of seating for 6 in the dining room and patio!
The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and a big screen tv with plenty of channels.
The neighborhood was quiet and lovely for morning walks.
We’ll be back for sure!

Bad mannered manager
Our reception by the manager and following telephone conversation with the owner threw a pall over our stay - they over- reacted and were childish and demanding. I don’t know if this was racially motivated on the part of the manager. Apart from that, the house is comfortable and the neighborhood quiet.
All restrictions regarding the house / parking, and the surrounding golf course should have been clearly stated in the prospectus.

The only issue we had with your visit was your RV parking. We apologize that the parking restriction wasn't made more clear from the start but most communities do have rules for the length of time an RV can be parked in an area. Honestly, this is the first time someone has visited our home with an RV so we will be sure to add this information to our posting. It was my understanding that you did keep the RV at the home for your entire stay and we didn't push the issue. In no way were any comments meant to be racially motivated. Aside from the parking issue, we hope you enjoyed your stay.

Great Place!
This is the nicest BRBO we’ve spent time at. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and internet fast. With hummingbirds buzzing the feeder I afraid of us and a Mockingbird and Curve-billed Thrasher to entertain us with song while reading or just enjoying the Santa Rita Mountain View it was so relaxing.
