The property suited our needs well. The bed was most comfortable and the amenities on the property were enjoyed. We would stay at this townhome again.

The "Desert Retreat" is located in a quiet and well kept development close to anything you need like grocery stores, restaurants and such but also it's a perfect jumping off point for lots of fun adventures and things to do. (2 things that are VERY close are the Titan Missle Museum and The ASARCO Copper Mine) Also, check out the Wednesday Market-all sorts of fun and interesting vendors.It's also a great neighborhood for your morning or evening walk.Monica was a stellar host, always prompt with her responses. The townhouse felt spacious for the 2 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. The back patio, with a lovely view of the Santa Rita mountains, was a lovely spot to sit and relax after a full day of adventuring. Don't hesitate to book this listing.

Great experience

From the time of booking the communication was outstanding. When I arrived, access was easy. The place is perfect with everything needed to make it your home away from home. Clean, quiet and well furnished, i definitely will be back for my next stay in the Tucson area. Thanks to the management for their attention to detail!

Walkable to restaurants and farmers market. Several pickleball courts near-by. Host was readily available for any questions and assistance. Clean and well stocked with all necessary products. Enjoyed our time there.

Great Location

My husband is a gym rat and the access to the GVR was perfect for him and me. The location of the place worked very well for us. We aren't very techie so the TV access was a challenge for us. The hosts were very responsive to any requests we had and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Arizona Birding Trip

After two weeks on the road staying in hotels, this was a great place to spread out and unpack. The amenities were great: washer and dryer, laundry supplies, large bottles of soap and shampoo. We each had our own bathroom. The little sitting room allowed us to set up a space just for viewing and processing digital photos and chill on the main living area. The kitchen had everything I needed including knives, gadgets, and plenty of dinnerware. Mark especially appreciated coffee available when we arrived. Sugar, salt and pepper were also nice touches. It was quiet and easy to relax after a day of bird watching. The king bed was comfortable and the room was still spacious. Monica was a great host with all the nice touches and she was immediately responsive to our messages. Great stay.

The Valley Was Excellent

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. It was also roomy having plenty of space and two full bathrooms. A plus is that it is conveniently located for grocery, gas, and restaurants; and it is within blocks of an interstate highway. We will try to rent the same property if we are in the area again.

Birding/hiking in SE Arizona

Clean, comfortable and as advertised. Convenient to stores, golf; we were mainly interested in birding and hiking from Tucson south and this casita made those activities readily available. We would certainly reserve this unit again if returning to Green Valley.
