Welcome to The Nest Haus, a cozy oasis set on several acres at Bird Haus Farms. This charming tiny house has been newly renovated to provide a comfortable and inviting getaway.

Accommodation Details:

Sleeping arrangements: A queen bed, a fold-down couch, and a twin bed in the loft (with a 3ft ceiling). The space sleeps 2 comfortably but can accommodate up to 4 people if needed.
Amenities: Enjoy a full kitchenette with a microwave, small stove/oven, and fridge, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include AC/heat, coffee, and a Hill Country vibe that’s just 5 minutes from grocery stores and dining.

Prime Location:
Travel distances: 45 minutes to Fredericksburg, 30 minutes to New Braunfels, Boerne, and downtown San Antonio.
Conveniences: H-E-B and Walmart are only 5 minutes away.

Parking and Accessibility:
Parking: Space for one car is available directly by the house. The driveway is steep but paved.
Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible – there are gravel paths and stairs leading into the house.

Guest Experience:
We love meeting our guests and are available to provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. If you prefer a quiet visit with minimal interaction, we understand and respect that.

Nearby Attractions:
Less than 5 minutes away, you’ll find Walmart, H-E-B Plus, and various dining options. During the day, you might catch sight of small planes flying over from Kestrel Airpark.

Additional Info:
Nearby Tiny House: We have another tiny house about 75 yards away, and the driveway is shared.

Noise: You might hear faint highway noise at certain times of the day.

Pet Policy: $100 pet fee. A friendly hound dog lives on a neighboring property and may be heard howling from time to time.

Extra Fees: An additional linen fee of $20 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests. The fold-down couch is best suited for a smaller person.
Window Screens: Please note that there are no screens on the windows.
Pond Access: For access to the pond, please refer to the property map – driving is recommended.

Rental agreement required.
There is a $100 pet fee. Max 2 pets. There is a $150 security deposit for direct bookings. Early check in/late check out if available for a fee.
