Centered in the heart of Canyon Lake and close to restaurants, bars, White Water Amphitheater, and the best swimming spot at Canyon Lake and Guadalupe River, Peaceful Songbird Cabin is nestled on our private 4-acre property and right in the middle of all the action in the Texas Hill Country!

Rundown:
- ONLY MINUTES away from Canyon Lake & Guadalupe River!
- LARGE PRIVATE patio with propane BBQ
- 42”TV with SOUNDBAR & TREE VIEWS
- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
- OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA
- 2 BEDROOMS with queen beds
- LAUNDRY WASHER & DRYER- may access at the side of the cabin or around back through the patio

CANYON LAKE & SURROUNDING AREAS:
Canyon Lake has an awesome vibe and is buzzing with things to do all year round, including scuba diving, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, sailing, tubing, kayaking, cycling, walking, etc. We are only 4 miles from the famous "Tubing at the Horseshoe" and "Whitewater Amphitheater" (with annual concerts by megastars such as Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard). Just down the road, we have "Granny D's" (the best breakfast place on the lake!), plus "The Italian Garden" and "The Silver Sage Grill" restaurants nearby at Hancock Plaza. New Braunfels and Gruene Village (home to the "Oldest Dance Hall in Texas," "Schlitterbahn Water Park," "Prince Solms Park," and the "Wurstfest") are only 25 minutes away.

Our property is on North Park Rd, right next to the gorgeous Canyon Lake Dam, which is only a 1-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Visitors come from all over to walk, cycle, or jog across this 1-mile-long dam. The views are spectacular, and the best swimming spot on the lake is at the far side of the dam. This is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Our property is nestled among the trees and unnoticeable from the main road making it private and tranquil. We are less than 1 mile from FM 306, have one of the best boat launches three minutes drive away, and our "Brookshire Brothers" grocery store is only a few miles down the road.

A newly refurbished cozy cabin surrounded by trees within a 5 minute drive to nearby restaurants, tubing at the Guadalupe River, and beautiful Canyon Lake. 15 minute drive to historic Gruene, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, movie theaters, and shopping in New Braunfels.

This is an amazing property - we saw deer each day and it was super quiet and very convenient to local amenities! It felt like a home away from home, and honestly, I’d be happy to live in it. We loved having kitty visits, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, the private deck was also really really nice. It was clean, had more than what we needed, and very comfy and cozy living room open to the kitchen. I hope to go back next time I’m visiting family. Thank you Sarah.

Magical Little Cabin

We were staying in the area for a family birthday celebration/reunion. Needed a two bedroom place close to where everyone else was staying. So glad we found this cabin! It was perfect. Comfy beds and furniture, well appointed, and nicely decorated. Little extra touches make this a special place. The private patio area surrounded by trees and nature was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is away from the road and surrounded by nature. Still, it was close to restaurants and shopping, and only a few minutes from the water. We would definitely stay there again!

Quaint and Cute

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. We took a quick weekend getaway with another couple. This place was great! It was clean and fresh, updated and cozy. I wish we could have stayed a little longer, but so glad we found this place for the night!
