This 1 Br villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no stairs. It has been renovated with new flooring, paint and kitchen. The bedroom has a King bed and a sofa pull out in the living room. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the information provided beforehand was clear and detailed. The property was spotless and very well maintained. They even had coffee available, which my husband especially appreciated during our short stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Condo in nice location

Condo is located in a very nice setting. Even though we had rainy weather, we enjoyed the walk across the property to the beach every day. The condo had all the conveniences for our stay including a well equipped kitchen.

We had another excellent winter getaway in Myrtle Beach with b2 vacations.com. Chanda and Navin are great property hosts. We have already secured the same unit for 2026. We would(and we have) recommended this property management team to anyone. Definitely two thumbs up!

Home Away from Home

Once again, we stayed at West Hyde Park 20A our "Home Away from Home." It is the perfect setting, location and space for our needs. We love beginning the day with a walk on the beach (a short ten minute trip) and then returning to drink our favorite beverages on the deck while watching the waterfowl and turtles. Inside the condo, we are able to stream our favorite TV shows, prepare a meal in the well stocked kitchen - if desired, and always get a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed. We have stayed in the condo multiple times and just moments before writing this review, we booked it for yet another stay a few months from now and we can not wait!

Home away from Home

The property is perfect for us. This was our third stay in less than a year in this unit. The space is accurately described on the website. We enjoyed mornings sitting on the deck watching the birds, squirrels, and turtles near the creek. In the evenings we unwound watching television in the living room prior to going to sleep on our very comfortable king size bed. The condo is located in a wooded setting, with a short 10 minute walk to the beach giving the guests the best of both worlds. We will be back.

B2 Our Favorite Destination

Going from owners in Myrtle Beach to renters has the potential to be challenging; however, finding B2 vacations made this transition an easy one. Due to the positive experiences we have had each time, we have stayed in various condos managed by them since becoming renters. Each time we have found our temporary home to be more than suitable. The space always matches the description present on the website and IF a problem arises it addressed in a timely manner. Our most recent stay at West Hyde Park 20A was perfect. We slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed time spent in the living room and on the deck watching the wildlife. In this secluded wooded area, it was hard to believe the ocean was just a short ten minutes walk away. It goes without saying, our next stay in Myrtle Beach will be with B2 Vacations. After all, we are confident it will be our favorite destination.

Great winter get a way!

The Kingston Plantation is terrific. The setting, location, the amenities are all we could ask for. And, the people are so friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Navin and Chanda for being great to work with through b2vacations.com. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to enjoy in Myrtle Beach. We have been with them for five years, and have already secured our stay with them for 2027 Two thumbs up!👍👍

For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
