-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Daily housekeeping unavailable.

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

-Brighton guests have access to 3 pools: The Brighton pool, located in the footprint of the building; The oceanfront pool, located between North & South Hampton; The pool located right near St. James Park.

-No washer/dryer available for use.

-One parking pass provided, no additional passes will be permitted.

-Motorcycles can park in designated parking near the entrance.

-Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grand Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our villa, which features breathtaking views of the ocean from our 15th floor “perch in paradise” private balcony.



Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - allowing you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the peace and privacy of an oceanfront retreat. While the beautiful Atlantic ocean and sights of the famous Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of shops and restaurants nearby to explore and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the shops at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Shops, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famous Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 minute drive from the condo! If you need suggestions on where to go, what to do, or where to dine, let us know - we`ll be happy to give you recommendations on some local favorites!



Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



House Rules



Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
