Complex Update: The private beach access and pool have reopened! You'll notice a beach ramp in the photos but please be aware that due to King Tide season, there is a few inch drop off from the bottom of the ramp onto the sand so it wouldn't be accessbile for those with mobility devices. Anyone else would be able to step down into the sand without issue.

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. The river view primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the Halifax River views. The master bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom which contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom also boasts a queen bed which includes a television as well.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
