Beautiful New Beachfront Condo

PLEASE READ: Beach access has been restored! The pool and Spa will be available by June 1, 2024!

Due to the impact of Hurricane Ian & Nicole in late 2022, the pool deck (covering the pool and hot tub) along with the beach ramp of the condo have been shut since November 2022. These areas will continue to be closed until June 1, 2024 as work progresses on installing a new seawall and carrying out pool repairs.

Welcome to our beautiful brand-new ocean front condo with a large private balcony to take in the beautiful oceanfront sunrises. This property boasts private parking, elevators, shared outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym and more. Fully equipped condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wireless high-speed internet and cable TV. Come stay at the perfect relaxing getaway.

The oceanfront master suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, and is completed by a full bathroom with a double vanity, spacious walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom holds a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and has a connecting full bathroom. The third bedroom has the ability to sleep up to 4 guests with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin-sized trundle bed.


Other Points of Note:

Keyless front door entry for carefree stay: The unit door is secured with electronic code that is unique to your visit, created and communicated to you prior to check-in.

Complimentary on-site parking designated in the underground parking garage with additional parking on the main level on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable-TV are also included, as are beach supplies (chairs, beach toys, boogie boards).

The unit contains a full sized washer and dryer for personal use during your stay.

The condo includes 24-hour access to the properties shared Heated pool, hot tub, and gym, and has direct beach access.

My family and I had an amazing time! The condo worked perfectly for the 4 of us during our recent girls trip-we felt like we had more than enough communal space and individual space with the 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. We had incredible views and everything we could possibly need. Tony was incredibly responsive and helpful if any questions popped up. Location and amenities were great. Access to the pool, hot tub and beach just a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants and hot spots near by as well. The trip of a lifetime with memories we’ll never forget.

We keep coming back!

This is our second time staying at this location. The spot is perfect with easy access to drive on entrance to the beach (highly recommend to throw chairs, tents, toy, etc in the back quick and easy!)It's close to all The restaurants worth eating at!Aunt catfish, boondocks, off the hook, crab daddy’s, and more!The condo has great space and setup great for a family of 3 boys, and my wife’s parents. We’ll be back!

We have stayed in Daytona Beach Shores numerous times, including the Aruba, and this unit was the nicest, cleanest, and most accommodating unit! From the decor, to the sleeping arrangements (especially for kids), and the quick responses from the hosts. We will definitely be back!

Amazing awesome Owner communication & property

We had a really awesome vacation stay. First of all, the owner is super nice. He replied to our queries promptly, transparent and helped us a lot. Secondly, property was really nice as advertised. Clean and with all the supplies. Thirdly, the beach access was easy and beach was clean and not so crowded. Can’t ask for more for a vacation and will definitely come back and recommend others.

We had a good time. The property was clean and the manager easy to get a hold of for any issues we had. I would suggest getting curtains for the main room. It has a great view but the sun really shines through the glass in the morning and there’s nothing to prevent it. If someone has to sleep in the living room they would not be able to sleep past sunrise every morning. But that’s a minor detail. All in all, the stay was very good and I’d recommend this unit to anyone staying in Daytona.

Aruba Condo in Daytona Beach was completely amazing! We had a great time. It was very clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. I would totally recommend this Condo to anyone. We can't wait to go back. Beautiful view of the ocean was a real treat to us. Thank you so much!

Amazing Condo & the Perfect Location!

We had the best time in Daytona Beach! This condo was the icing on the cake. Pleasant surprise when we opened the door to this amazing gem. The perfect early morning coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean, amazing sunsets & just a few short steps away from the only over water dining. We loved it so much we tried to extend, but it was booked solid. We will definitely be back!

A Beautiful Getaway for the 4th!

Everything was extremely well organized and the owners showed such a personal interest in our satisfaction! Condo was completely furnished and very tastefully decorated with great pride. This condo was super nice. It was clean and had any necessities that you may need for your stay. The furniture was in great shape, clean and very pretty. The views were amazing. I was skeptical to book at first because of lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I did. Will definitely stay here again
