Notre condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bain rĂ©cemment redĂ©corĂ© est situĂ© au mĂȘme niveau que le stationnement, de sorte que vous n'aurez pas Ă  transporter vos articles de haut en bas des escaliers. ** Il y a un accĂšs Internet haut dĂ©bit GRATUIT sur WIFI ** Le signal WIFI atteint facilement la piscine et au-delĂ ! Tout a l'air neuf dans le condo. Il y a une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans chaque chambre. Au total, il y a 4 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs, 4 lecteurs DVD et 3 magnĂ©toscopes. Il y a un grand Ă©cran 55 pouces TV dans le salon.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size, la deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size, la troisiÚme chambre a un lit superposé avec un lit double en bas et un lit jumeau en haut. Il y a aussi un lit double supplémentaire dans cette chambre.

Le salon a beaucoup de films et plusieurs livres et magazines (dans le placard de la cuisine). De plus, il y a beaucoup plus de films dans les autres chambres. Grande collection de films, plus de 600 films !! La chambre principale et le salon s'ouvrent sur un grand balcon. Le balcon offre une vue fantastique et de nombreuses chaises.

Le balcon donne directement sur la piscine centrale et le quai de pĂȘche du lac. Cela rend le plaisir sur le balcon encore plus amusant! Il y a un placard dans le balcon oĂč vous trouverez d'autres petites choses (jouets pour la piscine, salon gonflable, etc.) pour vous aider Ă  passer de bonnes vacances.

Le complexe dispose de trois piscines. Profitez-en tous! De plus, il y a une trÚs belle passerelle panoramique, juste sur le lac qui traverse tout le complexe. Prenez le temps de vous promener tranquillement, de vous détendre et de profiter! Un bordereau de bateau est disponible moyennant un supplément, appelez pour plus de détails.

L'emplacement est fantastique! Faire du shopping dans un grand centre commercial n'est qu'Ă  cinq minutes!
Aussi, golf, karts, cinéma et restaurants sont trÚs proches. De plus, il y a beaucoup d'attractions touristiques à proximité. Le plaisir est partout! Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région d'Osage Beach! Cette unité a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour fantastique! AprÚs avoir séjourné dans cette unité et expérimenté son emplacement parfait, ses superbes paysages et de nombreux extras, y compris le Wifi gratuit, vous vous rendrez compte que vous avez fait le choix parfait. Ne prenez pas de chance, c'est une unité à laquelle vous voudrez revenir encore et encore !!

Condo was great!

We have stayed at a rental every year in Osage for many, many years; and this property was the most accommodating. They provided everything we needed and more. The location was perfect with street level entry and quick access to the pool and dock. Thank you!

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it!! It is a wonderful location on the lake and close to LOTS of things by boat or by vehicle!!! Blake was so easy to work with and very helpful!! We will definitely be returning here for another trip!!

Wonderful little spot

Waterfront with pools and boat dock to rent! It was a nice stay! Would go back and stay longer if we had the chance, Host was very detailed and friendly, also provided excellent service and guidance to attractions, boat rentals, restaurants, horseback trails, etc! Quiet and nice place, everyone was respectful!

The condo was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and close to the pool. Easy access to the condo from the parking lot. Personally saw the property staff cleaning and maintaining pool daily. Really close to restaurants and shopping as well.Definitely would stay again.

A wonderful long weekend - in the middle of it all

Property was in a great location. Close to downtown Ozark restaurants, shopping, attractions and grocery stores. Many options for boating from this location with choices of quiet coves, restaurants on the water, or running the channel sight seeing. The property had everything you would need. Blake was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed down to the boat slip. Very flexible and easy to work with. Will stay again!

Fun at the Lake

Great location and movie selection was super. Owner so easy to work with and truly appreciated that. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Rugs and bathrooms needed cleaning and, although the balcony was roomy, it was full of cobwebs and dust. Felt the kitchen could have been stocked a bit better with items that are used daily.

Perfect Stay

This was an absolutely awesome place to stay. Everything was as described and so clean!! All the amenities were also as described and had everything we needed!! The location on the water is fantastic... We stayed during the week and it was so quiet and peaceful! Loved having coffee in the mornings on the patio and watching the hummingbird come visit. Definitely would stay here again... And the location was also close to downtown so not far from any of the attractions!! The owner was great to communicate with and got back to me with any of my questions very quickly!! Check in and check out was super simple... We had a fantastic time here!! They also had plenty of board games and an amazing selection of movies to watch on those down time hours! Would definitely suggest staying here to our friends!!

Parkview Bay Condos

This was our 4th trip to Osage Beach and our 1st time staying in this condo. We brought my mother, who's in her 70's, and our adult children. The fact that there were no stairs from the parking lot to the condo was a plus!. Check-in was seamless. The stairs from the condo down to the pool and boat dock were manageable. The condo had enough room for all six of us the be comfortable for a week. The condo is perfectly located. Easy access to town to get groceries, gas, dining and day trips. Short distance to the state park for boat launching. Blake was very helpful in securing a boat slip for us and was very responsive to the needs of the condo. We would definitely stay in this condo again. And recommend it to our friends. We also would recommend Pappos Pizza and Woobly Boots for good food! And Stark Caverns and the castle ruins hike at Ha Ha Tonka State Park for things to do outside of fantastic boating!

Parkview Bay September 2022

Spent 5 nights with my wife and 2 adult children. This 3 bedroom unit had everything that we would need. Plenty of dishes and kitchen tools for the times that you stay in for movie night. Even found some seasoning to use on our burgers that we grilled on the very nice gas grille. Plenty of linens in the bathrooms. The unit is mostly remodeled and is very clean and access is great. No stairs to this unit as it is parking level. The condo complex is well maintained. Lots of grass along the lakeside sidewalk that goes from one end to the other. Some sitting benches if you just want to relax. The 3 swimming pools were clean but the water has started cooling. Cool but not cold. Had a question for Blake and he responded within a couple minutes. Only had the one question as everything else was simple. Overall, I would return in a heartbeat. Good unit in a good complex that is close to everything ( 15 minutes ) and is very accessible.

Great comfy place with a view

This place was perfect for our family of 6. We love the privacy of the deck and the view. We were able to unload our car easily because it was level with the parking lot. Lots of comfortable seating in the family room, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was super nice and replied quickly when contacting him.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We found Parkview Bay condo's to have the best location. We looked all around the lake and came back to Parkview Bay. At Parkview Bay you are close to everything. All you need is a few minutes away. Also, some of the best water for water sports is close to Parkview Bay. The State Park is across the water from Parkview Bay, which makes it more scenic. I have always loved the water. Ever since I was a little kid, I felt the need to be around the water. Being around water and fun, keeps a person young. Enjoy every moment!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is loaded with extra's!! Free WIFI. Also, there is a HUGE (wide variety) movie collection, misc games, books, and other fun extras. There is a nice lake side walkway all along the condo, great fishing, pools and lake fishing platform is easily viewable from the balcony of the condo, very close to some of the best shopping the area has to offer, great resturaunts close by, boat rentals nearby, Unique tourist attractions close by, Rest, relaxation, fun, water sports, quality family time are all plentiful!!
