INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Perfect location

GPBR is a place that we regularly stay at when vacationing in PCB. Always like where it’s located and how nice the property is taken care of, and the great views from building 1 (overlooks the beach). This unit was nice, as all the other ones have been. Would recommend to anyone, whether it’s just a couple or whether you are traveling with family, young and old

Overall our stay was as expected. The space was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The only complain was all the construction noise above us that made it difficult to have the kids nap during the day or even rest when we were actually in the room.

Not pleased!

Pest Control came to room, after me calling asking for the dated to be Post pone, and banged on the door to finally open and proceeded to enter our condo as my husband was thankfully there to stop them and ask them to come another day! Pool closed, elevator closed, front entrance closed and the front desk was actually rude about it! Not please this year with our stay!

As we discussed before your arrival, the tower 2 pool was available to you while the tower 1 pool was temporarily closed until the pump was repaired. We issued complimentary group passes to Gulf World because of the inconvenience, and we hope you had a great time! We did not receive similar reports during the week about the elevator or front entrance being closed at any point, and we do not employ the staff at the HOA's front desk but we will share your experience with the community management. Please call us next time if anything is not up to your expectations or our own high standards. We're here to help you have the best stay possible.
