Welcome to Shore Beats Work!

We are so excited to share our first beach vacation home with you! As business owners for the past 17 years in Wisconsin, owning a vacation home to enjoy with friends and family has always been a dream. After 2020, we were reminded just how precious life is, making this goal even more meaningful.

We personally manage this condo to ensure you have the best vacation experience possible. Everyone deserves time to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories—let Shore Beats Work be your home away from home!

About the Condo
Located on the 10th floor Tower 1 on the beach with incredible Gulf views!
Sleeps 6-8 comfortably:

Primary Suite – King bed, private balcony access, and large en suite with a soaking tub and separate shower.
Second Bedroom – Queen bed, attached bathroom, and closet.
Hall Queen Murphy bed with a desk
Living Room – King sleeper sofa
Fully stocked kitchen with appliances & essentials for cooking.
Washer/Dryer in unit
Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys provided.

Grand Panama Resort charges a $55 fee, which includes parking for one vehicle and wristbands for facility access.
A second vehicle parking pass is available for $35.

For your convenience, check-in is completely contactless! A secure code will be emailed to you before arrival.

We kindly ask that you treat our condo as if it were your own home. Renting a condo differs from a hotel stay—please be mindful of the space and furniture. To avoid additional cleaning fees, we appreciate guests:

We really enjoyed our stay at Shore Beats Work. The condo was beautifully decorated and we had all the things we needed. Nicolette was attentive but not intrusive. She welcomed us and provided all the information we would need for our stay. She was very responsive when I messaged her. She left beach towels and coffee pods for our stay. The outdoor sofa was a relaxing little spot - our husband's kept falling asleep out there lol! FYI for future guests - parking in the parking deck is tight! But there is parking outside for larger vehicles so it's all good.

Wonderful stay!!!

We LOVED our stay here! Our three boys had a blast making friends in the pools, we enjoyed easy access to the beach day and night, and the hosts were responsive and friendly!

Last minute quick trip to the beach. Owner was very responsive with communication and made everything super easy. Great condo. Would definately stay and rent this condo again in the future.

Our stay was fantastic, room has everything you need, including a float pump! Crews are cleaning resort all day. Very nice, will stay again.

A grand ole time

This was our first family vacation and the condo was amazing! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, the view of the beach was amazing! The condo was spacious and accommodated the 4 of us perfectly!! Would totally stay again and recommend!!

Family Vacay

We had the best stay for our family of four vacay with our grown children. The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was definitely designed to feel like a comfortable retreat, home away from home. The facility was great as well and the pool deck, tiki bar and dining area along with the boardwalk to beach made our days so nice.

A Dream vacation condo!!

Our stay was perfect, thank you for sharing your amazing condo, so nice and good section of beach for family's to stay. From our balcony we saw a wedding on the beach Fri night and dolphins swimming 6ish sat morning, so picturesque!!

We absolutely loved our stay! And I can not rave on the service from our owner enough! She was very quick to respond and even allowed us to grab some things we forgot after check out! Great location, beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful...great location and nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive and so easy/friendly to work with! My kids loved the pool...we booked a banana boat and dolphin tour from a kiosk right in front of the building. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops in walking distance. We will definitely stay again next vacation!
