Gulf Place Residences 308 is a well-appointed vacation residence located in a new, low-density condo complex next to the Gulf Place Town Center. Its convenient location places the condo within walking distance of the shimmering shores of South Walton, in addition to a variety of vibrant shops and restaurants. This spacious condo features two bedrooms, two baths, and a chic living space. It can accommodate up to six guests.

Upon entering the condo, one of the first things you will notice is the open floorplan, high ceilings, large windows, and abundance of natural light. The unit is elegant and luxurious while still radiating a laidback vibe that is perfect for a beach vacation. Coastal décor and beach-washed, hardwood flooring throughout add to the beachy feel. A light-wraparound couch and matching armchair are centered around a circular drink table and face a handsome credenza in the living room. A flatscreen TV is mounted above the credenza. A set of double glass doors in the living room open onto a furnished deck, where guests can take in the perfect coastal air and enjoy a refreshing drink. On the other side of the living area, you will find an open kitchen for serving up home-cooked vacation dishes. The kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and gleaming quartz countertops. There is also a long island bar with seating for four.

The warmly lit primary suite is situated off the living room. It features a king-size bed, lightly toned headboard, matching furnishings, a wall-mounted TV, and balcony access. The primary suite also has a private bath with dual vanities and a glass-walled, walk-in shower. You will find another king-size bed, coastal-inspired furniture, and a flatscreen TV in the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room. A lovely bunk nook with twin bunks offers additional sleeping space.
