Located at Apex Mountain Inn this modern one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly renovated and set up to host 5 comfortably. It is the perfect place for your next ski vacation, spring retreat or summer getaway. This Condo has everything you need to take advantage of everything Apex has to offer.

~THE SPACE~

This unit has a large closet with a barn door for storage a cute seating and storage booth in the corner of the entryway.

There is a 3 piece bathroom when you first enter and a bedroom with a queen and single bed and a mini fridge counter area.

The unit has an open concept kitchen with bar seating for 4, dining table that seats 2, and a living room with pull out sofa and access right outside the Inn so you can come and go easily.

The location could not be any closer to the slopes and offers such simplicity of convenience to the slopes with outside lockers and doors. For those whom value the ease of access then this is your place.A well equipped kitchen helped massively given the need in Apex to look after yourselves. The building games room helped entertain the little fellows no end along with the smart tv. The little things matter for an apex stay ! Our hosts were attentive and courteous and that helped settle us in after a challenging journey. The sofa whilst cosy as a place to relax and watch a movie is good only for the little ones. We had a grand time as a family and would heartily recommend this property along with Apex.

We love the Precision Palace!

The location is incredible and very hard to beat. Easy in, easy out - great games room for the kids and great condo. Very thorough and easy communication as well - this is our 2nd stay here and will definitely stay again

Wonderful little condo

Perfectly appointed for two people. The condo is a ground floor unit so you can walk right out the door, grab your skis from the locker a few steps away, and hit the slopes.

Great on hill accommodation for a couple or a couple with a kid. Ski in ski out very handy. Small kitchen is all you need for breakfast and lunch prep and then make your way to the Gunbarrel just steps away for dinner. Michelle was great at communicating prior to our arrival as well. Would stay here again for another ski trip.

Great Stay at Precision Palace

Michelle had great communication, and we really liked the location of this unit. The space is well laid out, the kitchen has everything you need, and I like all the wall hooks for hanging gear. For families it's important to note that there is no washer/dryer in the unit, although I think that's reflected in the price. For a shorter trip we would likely stay here again, and we will certainly book with Stay at Apex again.

Solo Ski trip

The condo was ski,-in/ski-out, clean cozy, and functional. The kitch is well equipped. The twin bed mattress was very hard but I chose to sleep onthe queen, it was comfortable. Heat adjustments worked fine. I was a little concerned about security from the inside hallway. There wasn't a secure lock and the door popped open one evening.

Great Location while at APEX

Thank you for sharing your Apex ski condo with us. My husband had a wonderful birthday weekend in the mountain with friends. We all enjoyed the Cross Country skiing, the down hill skiing, the snow shoeing and the wonderful meals (Gunbarrel with live music, and the new steak house was fabulous!)

Comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle

The property is exactly as pictured. Michelle (owner) and Daniel (manager) were both very responsive, helpful, and hospitable. The check-in process could have been a bit more smooth had the information provided been more clear and concise. That being said, the unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The decor of the unit was nice and the kitchen had all that we needed during our stay. It was a great base away from the busy downtown Penticton area. The cows were a nice surprise too! They moo loudly! We would stay here again in the future.

Apex #109

Great condo in a prime location. Stayed with wife and 2 daughters for 3 nights. Condo is located right beside main lodge and restaurant, with ticket booth and ski runs right by front door. Loading and unloading into unit was easy, as you could temporarily park vehicle within 30 feet of patio access and assigned ski locker. Only downside was the condo was not huge, but it had everything we needed. Good communication by owner. Would rent again for sure.

Great location cozy place

We spent 3 nights in this place, location was great right at the bottom of the ski runs, literally walk out the door and put your skis on. Place was clean and well kept, only real issue was the lack of bowls and glasses for our family of 4, would suggest the kitchen could use a few sets of dishes from Costco.
