Walk to everything Breckenridge has to offer from this amazing 3-bedroom home right in the middle of town. Enjoy panoramic Ski Area views from inside the house and also from the deck. There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy Skiing, Mountain Biking, Golf, Shopping, Dinning, Fishing, Hiking, Theater and concerts. All just steps from the front door

The space
Located on Ridge Street one block from Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. In the winter, skiers can walk one block to the gondola and the skier shuttle.

The 3-story unit has 2 bedrooms in the bottom floor, which includes a bedroom with a king size bed and a second room with a queen size bed and a bunk bed. This floor also includes a full bathroom and the laundry room with Washer and Dryer.

The second floor includes the kitchen, dining area and a cozy living room with panoramic views of the Breckenridge mountain range and access to the deck which includes a gas grill. Beautiful hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows with breathtaking slope views. Enjoy the the gas fireplace and the large flat screen TV with ample seating for the whole family.

The third floor has a large bedroom with king size bed, a working and reading space, a full bathroom and walk-in closet.

Location and view!

Great stay all around. View was amazing and can't beat the location! One small concern I had staying 'in-town' was noise level but the home is so well insulated that it was perfectly quiet at night which, along w/ comfortable beds, meant a great nights sleep. Highly recommend.

Wow!

Location, location, location springs to mind. So lovely that it was just one street away from Main Street but still with a stunning view. Really lovely property with everything you could need and the most stocked cupboards I have seen!! Great communication from the host and a perfect holiday

Location!!!

Amazing rental right behind main street. The views were gorgeous and the place is so cozy, comfy and well equipped. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent location with an extraordinary view.

This is my second time staying at Mario’s place and it was amazing. Really enjoyed being 1 block away from Main Street (literally 3 min walk) but also having breathtaking views both from inside the house and from the deck. Super clean, comfortable and with a very large living/family room. The place also has two parking spots so works well for two families. 5 min walk to Gondola. Will definitely stay here in my next trip to Breck.
