Welcome home! The unit in our fully renovated 19th-century colonial combines modern finishes with the historic charm centrally located in Kingston. This unit features a fully fenced-in backyard, you’ll find the following

- Fire Pit
- Hammock

If you’re looking to experience Kingston, you’ll be a short walk from some of the best the Hudson Valley has to offer! This is one of two private units that have been individually decorated and thoughtfully curated.

**The Space**

Our home was recently fully renovated from floor to ceiling. The kitchen features all-new cabinets with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances. You can enjoy breakfast at the dining nook in the kitchen or gather at the larger dining table for dinner and board games. Our two spacious bedrooms boast high-quality queen memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and full closets. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to two additional guests.


The backyard has been transformed to create a fun fenced-in communal area to hang out complete with outdoor lighting, a hot tub, a hammock, a fire pit, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, and seating for large groups.

We hope you will enjoy picking fresh fruit from our pear and peach trees when in season.

Please note that the backyard is a shared backyard with the other unit.

There’s a dedicated driveway with reserved parking for your unit and free street parking for any additional vehicles.

This space was really cute and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, we had all of the amenities needed and even more, and I must mention that the shower in the bathroom was amazing. We all loved being there and were so grateful to be able to travel with our cat and find a pet-friendly space.

Cute Apt in Kingston

My wife and I came to Kingston to get away for a few days. The apartment was exactly as listed. Coming from the city the train noise didn't affect us at all.

Beautiful Hudson Valley Escape

We had the best time staying at Seth and Louis' home. It is the perfect dog friendly vacation home with an awesome outdoor area. We absolutely loved coming home to the hammock, firepit and hot tub after a day of hiking. The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Seth and Louis were the best hosts, they provided us with so much information on the surrounding area and gave us great helpful tips for the house. We would completely recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled out relaxing getaway.

Comfortable apartment

This apartment was clean and comfortable, and matched the online description. It was not particularly quiet: there is a bar next door, additional VRBO guests upstairs, and trains passing through the neighborhood throughout the night. But the owners provide white noise machines and earplugs, and the noise didn't disrupt my sleep at all.

The inside of the house was very clean. Plenty of dishes and utensils available. However the furniture was hard and not inviting. There were cigarette butts and litter in the back yard. The cleaning crew needs to pay a bit more time sprucing things up. It would be much more inviting.

Nicely Updated and Cozy

This is a very charming, clean, comfortable and completely updated house on the main level. It has all the necessary amenities and spacious bedroom and living rooms. It is close to the beautiful downtown and a commercial zone if you forget something or need Starbucks. Although there is someone living upstairs and the sound carries, you cannot hear them from the bedroom and they were quiet during the night. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit upstate.

Cozy accommodations for a weekend getaway

I booked this trip very late (less than 48 hours before arrival) and the owners could not have been nicer and more helpful with my various questions before I finalized the lodgings. And they were great with many suggestions for things to do in the Kingston area, even giving us highlights of different neighbourhoods. And they were very prompt with the questions that came up upon arrival (although the info was just what I'd missed in the correspondence). The bedrooms are very spacious, get a good amount of sunlight (but the sun doesn't blast in) and we loved that there were white noise machines on hand! I use one and they are very helpful. Since there's a RR line nearby, definitely good to have there. I didn't try the Jacuzzi but my friend did and really enjoyed it. Would have liked to use the firepit but between the rain and cold, the weather just didn't cooperate. The lodgings also offer a driveway so you don't have to use street parking. We appreciated that since we had various bags we brought in every day. Since I did use my computer while I was there, the one thing I would have liked was better/brighter lighting in the living room. That's my only minor quibble with the place. You'll have a lovely, welcoming stay in #A.

Clean, comfortable and modern!

My family (of 5) had a great stay here. Apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed for the weekend. We loved grilling in the backyard (probably the best grill I've seen at a property) and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The beds and linens were SUPER comfortable. Location was great - appreciated having a parking spot and we were only a few minutes from the uptown and downtown shops and restaurants. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Comfortable!

I had 2 great nights here. The place was as beautiful as it looked on VRBO. The bed was incredibly comfortable, great linens. The backyard was a nice place to star gaze and the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing after a day of hiking/kayaking. It's close enough the Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park Preserve to be a great place to stay if you like to hike. I also kayaked close by in Kingston. The hosts were great - friendly and quick to reply to any questions. I highly recommend this gem.
