Condo 1 chambre moderne et trÚs confortable à Mykonos sur la plage de San Jose del Cabo. Lit double dans une grande chambre et un canapé-lit flambant neuf dans le salon, à cÎté de la cuisine. Comprend AC, centre de buanderie et systÚme d'eau purifiée sous l'évier. Internet Wi-Fi et ligne téléphonique pour appeler à longue distance.
Rénové et situé sur ce développement en bord de mer qui comprend un court de tennis, une salle de sport, 2 piscines et spas, une sécurité 24h / 24 et un espace barbecue sur un emplacement unique.
À distance de marche du supermarchĂ© Mega et des restaurants. Un Oxxo (comme 7eleven) est Ă  1 pĂątĂ© de maisons. La plage possĂšde l'un des meilleurs spots de surf de San Jose. La saison des baleines va de dĂ©cembre Ă  mars, regardez-les depuis le balcon. La saison de libĂ©ration des tortues va d'aoĂ»t Ă  novembre. PĂȘcher toute l'annĂ©e ou profiter d'une journĂ©e de golf dans l'un des 14 parcours de golf de Los Cabos. Il y a une tyrolienne Ă  quelques minutes en voiture du condo. Tant de choses Ă  faire et si peu de temps.

Le loyer minimum est de 4 jours et 3 nuits. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour rendre votre séjour sûr et amusant!

This is an excellent place to relax and rest with beautiful sunrises while having coffee on the deck. Condo is fully equipped and clean. Pools, hot tub and spa whirlpool are well kept and very enjoyable. Beach is right at your doorstep. I'd recommend this stay for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Hosts are exceptional. Be sure to walk down to Zippers on the beach down the way!

Mykonos Spring Break 2025

Mykonos Bay Resort is wonderful. The property has many things do and the beach is just steps away. This was my fourth time staying at the resort and it’s still as nice as the first time I stayed here. Thank you Erica and Jose for your hospitality. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Very nice location

This is a great place to stay ,it's on the beach and within walking distance to several great restaurants and the grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped with everything that you would need. I hope to stay here again.

Mykonos San José Del Cabo

Overall amazing experience the property was in amazing shape and right on the ocean was a plus, the pools were always cleaned and beautiful views from the condo balcony. Great location with lots of places within walking distance. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Sunrises!

This property is beautiful and maintained well. Everyone is friendly and helpful, we loved our gateman! Always helped us with getting a taxi. Our host, Erika and JL were lovely, they responded to our every need and had goodies for us at arrival.

Decent stay

Nice condo.Highlights are the view and the gym. Pools were not heated due to a problem with the motor. Very disappointed about that! Decent stay.

Heaven on Earth

Jose Luis was the perfect host. The property is stunning. In close proximity to anything you want to do. The condo itself is clean, spacious, and comes equipped with EVERYTHING you need. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We hope to be able to stay here again during our next trip!

Home away from home

Very comfortable and the place is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The place was sparkling clean. Kitchen has EVERYTHING. The grounds are beautiful and the complex staff and security are helpful and friendly. The host are wonderful and are quick to respond to needs and communications.

Nice clean place, but noisy

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Mykonos property and grounds are nice. Pools were great for kids. The location of this unit though is on the end and had a lot of road noise as well as noise from the giant compressor right next to it coming out of the back of the Krystal grand. Erika was lovely at check in. View was beautiful. But I probably wouldn’t book again just because of the noise. It was great for our budget conscious trip! But something to be aware of.

Amazing

This was exactly what we were looking for! The weather was perfect. The beach was amazing. The grounds were immaculate. The view was incredible. The room condo was beyond perfect. And the hosts, E and JL were extremely accomodating and very communicative/responsive. 5 stars all the way!

Great Location!

My son and I stayed at this fantastic Mykonos one bedroom condo for a week during Spring break. It had everything we needed for the week including a pullout sofa in the main living area. Beautiful deck facing the three pools and the ocean. Nice and quiet, very well maintained property and safe and secure. Clean and Comfortable Condo

While visiting San Jose del Cabo for a wedding we were so thankful to have this clean and comfortable condo to stay in. 201B had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was well equipped and the purified water system was a bonus. The bed was very comfy. The grounds and pools at Mykonos Resort are well maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Thank you for the Mexican wine Erika and Jose Luis, you are wonderful hosts.

Perfect for family vacation/work abroad

This property was PERFECT for our first attempt to split working and entertaining our two year old. Lightning fast WiFi allowed us to take all the Zoom meetings we would from home, and the pool and beach on our doorstep made occupying a busy toddler easy. Erika and Jose Luis were always very responsive and the home had everything we needed for cooking (and margaritas on the balcony 😊). Drinking water out of the tap was icing on the cake!

Wonderful and relaxing

Thankyou for sharing your lovely condo with us Erika and Jose. Everything was just as described in the listing and more. Terrific views of the pool and ocean, close to a couple of great eating spots and close enough to walk to the grocery store. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Lovely ocean view and property

This is a nice efficiency condo. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely grounds, great communication with owner and easy access via uber to La Comer grocery and downtown San Jose. Only thing that was an adjustment was road noise. We live in the country and if you are not used to road noise it is evident from the bedroom (window faces the road), the living room and the balcony. But if you are a city person should be no problem.

Beautiful location, couldn’t have asked for more!

The unit was perfect. Clean and well stocked with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. The grounds were immaculate and well tended daily with beautiful flowers throughout. The 3 pools and 2 hot tubs allowed for us to feel like we had our own private area even with many others around. Ocean was steps away with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Short walk either direction to Two restaurants and bars. Communication with the host was seamless. We loved our stay and plan on coming back! Thank you Jose and Erica.

Overall good stay

The property and location worked well for our stay. Clean and well maintained grounds. We had an issue with the door wall not locking but it was quickly rectified. We appreciated the prompt communication. The only downside was that the property is very quiet and you are not allowed to play music at the pool (even if it's quiet and no one is around). Only headphones, no pool music playing. So, we basically went to the beach every day. The sun by the pool gets blocked also depending on the time of day. Thanks for lending your place, Jose, we had a great time!

Cabo 70TH celebration

place was great however a couple things were issues. there was only 2 bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth upon check in. we were there for 8 days. i did get more towels but seemed like there wasn't anticipation of this which seemed odd. there were 2 guests. also there wasn't any extra toilet paper other than previously half used rolls. we literally ran out of toilet paper on the last day of our stay. also there were no extra kitchen garbage bags only ones for the bathroom which were not big enough. it appeared the unit wasn't checked before we checked in for stock.

Great Experience!

Lovely place on the beach with a balcony to view the sunrise every morning! The condo was clean and comfortable, with great beach supplies; a cooler, chairs, umbrella, sand toys and more. Restaurants within walking distance on the beach or a taxi ride to San Jose for the Art festival on Thursdays and great restaurants. We loved this place.
