Casa Blanca est une maison de location unique d'une chambre située dans un quartier résidentiel pittoresque, juste au détour de Gallows Point. La ville de Cruz Bay, l'embarcadÚre des ferries, les magasins, les restaurants et les navettes pour la plage se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied. "Casa Blanca" a une piscine fantastique face à Frank Bay et St. Thomas, les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse de la piscine sont fantastiques. Honey Hole

Fishermen use this term as their go to place and that is what I would say about this place.This is an excellent villa for couple's that likes to be close to Cruz Bay. Easy walk down to town sitting on top of the hill next to The Saint Resort. This Villa has everything a couple might need. Location, Pool (Grill), Kitchen, Living Room(big TV) and one bedroom. Villa has all the amenities that you might need for a great visit. We have been visiting St. John for 14 years and will be back to this Villa. Also want to thank Jackie for taking care of us.

Great location and responsive Property Management! 5 minute walk to the beach bar and Central Cruz Bay! The hills to walk up when returning didn't bother us because of course you have to expect some slopes on this beautiful Island . There are a set of steps that go up from the parking area to the home itself with a gate at the bottom to guard against the pool access . Well equipped home and just be aware there's not a full oven or a dishwasher but everything else you could need. We used the grill which was nice and new and I enjoyed the pool several afternoons. The view is wonderful but some trees have thankfully gotten larger since the photos were taken so it's not quite the panorama but still beautiful! The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Would love to see a few updates even just some Caulking and painting would make it feel fresher around the pool and railings. A great value and we had nine wonderful nights in St John!

Anniversary

We loved Casa Blanca. The location was great. Close enough to town to walk to restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio by the pool looking out over the water. A great place to relax and watch the sun set.

A view that can’t be beat

We stayed in Casa Blanca for 9 nights and it was perfect. The view is breathtaking. It’s close to Cruz bay so walking was easy. I loved that we had the pool all to ourselves. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of closet /drawer space We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect couples Getaway

Beautiful updated property, having your own private pool is a huge bonus! Jackie was great to deal with the girl who met us at the ferry (I believe her name was Danielle she was from Georgia and recently moved to St. John ) she was awesome to work with, that’s who we mostly worked with. If you ever get a chance to go to St.John I highly recommend staying at Casa Blanca

Wonderful condo!

We’ve been to St. John many times and have stayed in several places. This place is a short walk to restaurants and shopping, very peaceful being on the second floor, and the balcony and private pool are secluded and a wonderful place to relax. Had all we needed and would stay here again in a minute! Jackie was very helpful and responsive as well.

Great Stay

We had a great stay from initial check in to our last day. We were met at the ferry, taken to our rental car location and then to the house. The location was great and a short walk to downtown to shops and restaurants and as others have mentioned, uphill on the way back but not bad. The house was perfect and pool was welcomed after a day at the beach. Most importantly was the communication with Michelle upon arrival and Jackie during our stay. We texted Jackie about beach chairs and new beach chairs were at the house within hours. Texted her about a cab and got the information from her right away. Each time we reached out to Jackie we had a response within minutes. We would stay here again because of the great communication, the location to downtown and having a house such as this with a private pool. Can’t wait to come back.

Near town on a hill

The management staff were excellent. The villa comes with a challenging 45 degree driveway and challenging walk into town. Comfortable living room. Nice views but partially blocked.

5 stars!

The property was exactly what we needed during our trip to St. John! We stayed for 9 nights and found the location to be perfect if you are wanting to walk into town for dinner or drinks. Jackie met us at our car rental pick up and gave us a quick tour of the town and then we followed her to the vrbo, which was very helpful. The parking space and private pool were great to have. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Excellent location & view.

Beautiful view of Cruz Bay from the apartment and the private pool & deck. Only a 5 minute walk down to the ferry, shops, and restaurants. Owner and property managers very pleasant and responsive. Great location. We'll be back.

Great stay at Casa Blanca

Villa was great. Well appointed, clean, comfortable bed and air and great location. Inside unit appeared as photographed. Has everything needed in the kitchen including all needed towels, linens, beach and pool equipment, tv/satellite ect. Having the pool was great! Being in walking distance is definitely a plus. Communication with manager was excellent and she picked us up from ferry for check in. I was disappointed in the lack of view compared to photos in the listing. There are also some minor updates needed. Walk to town is easy but coming back is up hill so keep that in mind if not renting vehicle. Overall wonderful unit and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great location

This property was perfect for me and my husbands 25th anniversary trip to St John. The pool was a bonus and you can not beat the location. Property manager responded quickly to all of my questions.

Great Stay on St. John!

The condo was in great condition. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars, but far enough to be quiet! Jackie, the property manager, picked us up from the dock and drove us to the condo. The accommodations were excellent. 5 stars!

Would definitely stay there again.

The property is not perfect, if that is your primary concern. But it was nearly perfect for us. Location: great view, and yet very private, quiet and peaceful. Jackie the property manager is very helpful with information when you arrive., The house is stocked with the essentials of what we needed. It is a great "home base" from which to operate your trip.

What a spot! The view and the location fantastic!

This is one of those places that is a real find. Being able to walk to Cruz Bay in the evening, when there is no parking, is a real plus. And sunset with your own lovely private pool! Worth everything. The manager was available to not only greet me at the ferry and escort to the unit, but every question I had, ( or needs like a battery or extension cord) handled immediately. The only thing is you better like waking up in the morning with the sun, as the lovely shades in the bedroom does nothing to block the early morning rays.

Island Getaway

Enjoyed our stay in St John. Casa Blanca was close enough to walk to everything in Cruz Bay. Nice to have pool to cool off and a place to park the rental Jeep. The views were the best part!

Property needs updating

Everything worked, pool was clean so so problems there. I would strongly recommend changing/fixing window shades and blinds. The shades really don’t work. By the time the sun is up, the rooms are totally bright, especially the bedroom, making it almost impossible to sleep (this would a reason for me not to return). The blinds in the kitchen are broken. Would not hurt to buy a few new beach chairs, as half of them are very rusty. The railing around the pool is also quite rusted. For us, the biggest drawback was the noise from the roosters and chickens from around 5AM until around 7AM. It was like a 90 minute alarm clock going off.

Great place on St John close to Cruz Bay

We had a great time here, just me and my wife for our 15th anniversary. Checkin was easy, we were met right off our ferry ride off with about a five minute drive to the villa. Jackie was great and attentive. Helped us find places to go eat and book a great boat tour of the BVIs. We very much enjoyed our stay and found everything clean and comfortable. Would reccomend or rent again, if we return to St. John
