Charming 2 story, 2/2.5 townhome in Seagrove Beach, 3 blocks from beach access. Located in the center of the resort community courtyard, steps away from two pools and a hot tub. This home backs up to a small lake and is a peaceful respite for your getaway!

This is how the 1100 sq ft townhome is laid out:

*The main entry floor has a living room with sleeper sofa, 60” TV, kitchen, half bath and dining area that looks out a picture window at the small lake behind the home.
*Upstairs are two bedrooms, the Master has a King bed, 55” TV and private bathroom with a stand alone shower.
*The other bedroom is a bunk room with a Full over Full bunk and Full pull out trundle, a private bathroom with a tub shower combo and a 55” TV.

The Bunglalows at Seagrove beach is a collection of 62 two story units that surround two pools and a hot tub. Each unit is sectioned off by circular courtyards and beautiful landscaping. This resort sits three blocks off 30A from the beach access and is convenient to the Seagrove experience: yummy eateries, fun boutiques and shoppes with enjoyment for all ages. Parking for two vehicles.

This home includes a credit based on the duration of your stay for additional amenities offered by VayKGear such as bikes, paddleboards, games and chairs. You will receive a notification after you confirm your reservation with additional details.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Wonderful stay!

This home was the perfect place for a weekend at the beach for our group of friends. The pool was such a great asset too, and truly just 20 feet away from the door! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful bungalow

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and overall quality of this bungalow! I usually do not leave reviews but I really enjoyed our stay and felt that I needed to let the next person that is debating on staying here know! It was wonderful for our family of four! We rented bikes and was able to get anywhere we wanted by riding them! We will definitely be staying again!

The house was very pretty and clean and very close to the pool and only a few blocks from the public beach access. The first day the air conditioner wasn’t working but as soon as I messaged the issue to the host it was fixed later in the day and we didn’t have any issues after. We would book again for our next trip.

Perfection!

In the 20 years that we’ve been coming down to 30 a this is by far one of our favorite properties. My two college age daughters and I decided to come down before they both leave the nest and this place was absolutely perfect. We walk to the beach every day such a great location and the property was so neat unique and cute! We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at shabby sheek 106! The house was great for small children with the bunk beds. The walk to the beach was easy and they had a wagon to use to carry toys and supplies for children. The house had lots of space for food storage in the kitchen. The chair in the living room was broken when we arrived, but we called and someone came to fix it quickly.

Nice property, great pool for kids. Pretty close to the beach. Would have liked easier communication with management company for some issues with the unit. Also a couple things broken in the unit that need to be fixed. Overall a decent stay.

Bungalow

The idea of this community is cute but prefer a more “beach vibe” for a beach vacation. This home was very eclectic and no pictures or decor, no books very stark. There should be instructions on several of the appliances, shower. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach. The home was clean.

Seagrove Beach Vacation

This property is a gem! The past two years my husband and I have stayed in the Seagrove Bungalows, and loved it. This particular property was perfectly clean, had comfy beds and couch, great appliances and a nice variety of amenities! It felt like a great deal of intentionality went into preparing this space and accommodating guests. The house is close to the pool and hot tub which are clean and lovely, and the location is awesome. A very easy/close walk to the beach, and so close to Seaside restaurants and shops. There is also a cute view of the pond behind the property, complete with water Lillie’s. We would absolutely stay here again and were so sad to go!

Destination wedding

Perfectly located to the church and reception. Included parking was great - many within the family said their rental did not include that. Would have liked more pre- info regarding the tv’s. We do not have any of the paid services(Hulu, Disney,Netflix). So was not able to watch specific sports that we thought we would. The pool was great as was access th the beach

Spring Break -

The public beach thing is rather annoying in this area. I think it should be clarified in all listings in 30A., about how it is becoming taken over with 40-50% private beaches. We were not the only ones who felt this , everywhere we went folks were complaining. House is great - lots of upgrades and storage. The cabinets in the primary suite , weren’t usable for us as we are average height. So maybe a few luggage racks for those who can’t access. Very cute

Perfect location!

The bungalow is extremely clean, the perfect size for 5 adults (3 18 year old girls), great amenities and the perfect location. We were very happy with our stay. We had never been to the Seaside area but our teen daughter went with friends a few years ago. We stayed in unit 106 over spring break, and our daughter was right: while the community is full of people and teens vacationing, it’s much calmer and still family friendly. If you’ve never been to this area, the bungalow is in a perfect spot. It’s a couple of blocks back off of 30a, so it’s pretty quiet at night. We rented bikes for everyone in the family and the car was parked the entire trip. It takes about 10 mins to get to seaside by bike, with perfect walking/bike trails. It takes about ten mins by bike to get to east lake. It’s a five minute walk to the pristine beach, just go straight down the block and down the boardwalk. It’s a couple of blocks behind the only gas station/convenience store on 30a, which has every incidental you’ll need. We had our bikes and groceries delivered right at our arrival time. Kids were out on their bikes and on the beach until late and we didn’t worry. Perfect place to vacation! Glad we found it.

Great Location in Santa Rosa Beach

When we first walked in we were taken back by the unusual decor - expected a more “beachy” feel. My husband referred to it as New Orleans style instead. The place was very clean with new appliances and the fans were cool. Lots of storage space in the kitchen. The kitchen tabletop needs redone or replaced because everything sticks to it - even paper towel. The colors upstairs are light purple and green, and the master bedroom has kitchen cupboards lined across the top of the walls that are not usable because they are up so high. We couldn’t use the closet since there was no doorknob and there’s wasn’t a suitcase rack for use. Luckily we were able to use the 2nd bedroom as a clothing and changing room. We tried to go out the upper balcony but the doors appeared to be nailed shut. The bed was very comfortable and it was an excellent location. A short walk to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool on the property. There were swim rafts and plenty of beach toys available. Never heard a peep from the management company to check on us. Eventually the place grew on us but if we went back to Santa Rosa Beach, we would find a different unit to stay in.
