Welcome to your home away from home!

Enjoy your own private getaway in our bright two-bedroom, above-ground basement apartment. The space features plenty of natural light and offers a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. Located in a quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Please note that our family lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear everyday sounds like footsteps or running water. However, we do our best to keep things quiet.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully yours during your stay—we look forward to hosting you!

Security Disclosure:
For your safety and ours, please note that we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance (not part of the VRBO apartment) and a floodlight camera located on the southwest side of the house, on the back patio.

As hospitality professionals we can honestly say that this host goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and with all the amenities you would need for your stay. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and we always felt safe here. It was the perfect home base for visiting family in the area. The host was responsive to our questions and we would highly recommend this property. We would definitely return.

The property is in a great location to shops and restaurants and everything we needed to get to while in SLC. This was our second time booking because of how wonderful the stay was. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom had items in case of forgot items in travel. Beds were comfortable and views amazing

The property is in a very well kept and quiet neighborhood. The proximity to everything we wanted to get to was within 25 minutes. The apartment was clean, well appointed with kitchen essentials and even bathroom commodities. We loved having a private patio area to enjoy the amazing views. The private washer and dryer (with detergent and dryer sheets available) made the packing home process so much nicer. The owner was super responsive and very helpful on our stay. The bed was comfortable. We have already booked a second stay at this apartment!

This was our 2nd stay, its a great place and reasonable. My son lives in Utah and its a 5min drive to his home, which makes it very convenient. Beautiful property! We'll be back

This is the most clean and well-appointed apartment we have ever rented. Perfect location for visiting our family nearby and there is a grocery within walking distance. Highly recommended!!

Not only was it exactly as expected, but the communication was wonderful and when we left we accidentally left behind some stuff that they put into a little paper bag and left at the porch for us to pick up. 100% recommend! Quick note, the shower is not cold

Quiet, clean, and thoughtful

Spent 3 days with my adult son for a ski weekend. The apt was very spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could need and thoughtful touches I did not anticipate. Great view of the mountains too!

All the extras.

While the site lauded great views of the temple, it was the mountain views that captivated me. The place was cozy and immaculate. The host provided all the extras that made it a home-away-from-home - snacks, nice toiletries, blankets, coffee and creamer, scissors, a night light in the bathroom, even an ice scraper for the car. Great location too.

Schönes Appartement im unteren Stockwerk

In wunderbarer Lage in einem Wohngebiet liegt in diesem Traumhaus im Untergeschoss die Wohnung. Wobei die Wohnung von 3 Seiten richtig offen liegt und nur eine Seite durch den Hang keine Fenster hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön. Wir haben sie gerne genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind sogar fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.
