This was my 1st time staying in a VRBO property and it far exceeded my expectations. This was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room, very clean and it had more amenities than I expected.
Kind and responsive hosts. Came to paraglide for two weeks and the apartment was a perfect home away from home. Off street parking, quiet neighborhood, full kitchenette, comfortable couch to enjoy big screen with extensive channel selection, great WiFi speed, and nice hot shower. I highly recommend this location.

Accurate listing, simple stay
Listing was accurate. It was kind of difficult to figure out at first. It looks like there are two different units. However, when we arrived, the door leading to our unit was closed and the studio unit was open. It took a few minutes to figure out where to go, but we got it figured out. It was almost midnight when we arrived, so I didn't want to reach out to the owner unless we absolutely had to. When we got inside, it was HOT. 86 F (again, at almost midnight). It would have been nice if they had the AC turned on in anticipation for guests. We were exhausted and didn't sleep well the first night due to the heat. The beds were on the very firm side, which was fairly uncomfortable for all of us, but not a fault of the owners. The beds were made and sheets were clean.Overall cleanliness I would rate at 6.5/10. There was a half of a watermelon in the fridge. We weren't sure if that was the owners who put it there for us, or if it was left from previous tenants, so we didn't touch it. We found a few hair ties on the floor throughout the space, which let us know it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There were also rubber bands (like the ones used in braces) on the floor in the bathroom. None of the trash cans had liners in them, which seemed weird, but wasn't a huge problem. The sinks in the bathroom were leaky and the toilet paper didn't fit on the toilet paper holder, which made it difficult to use.Overall an okay place. Nothing spectacular, but it worked with our budget.
Great, quiet space about 25 minutes south of Salt Lake City. Very comfortable if you need 2 separate bedrooms. GPS does not take you directly to the home, so directions from Host are very important. Nice view of mountains on back side, but also view of RVs and other vehicles in sandy parking area. Living room, dining area, and full kitchen with frig, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, Keurig coffee maker with pods (although I had trouble getting it to work the 2nd day). The place was perfect for my daughter and me attending an event in Jordan, UT.
Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean linens. Hosts were friendly once we located them at check in. The place was tidy but dusty. A used bar of soap greeted us in the shower. To enter you walk through a garage where curtains surround a make shift workshop where someone may or may not be working. You have to walk through the first bedroom to get into the unit, you have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the kitchen. If there is a building code in Sandy UT this place couldn't be up to it. The decor includes a photo of someone's funeral casket in the first bedroom and a dusty doll collection in the second. Note on the listing the pictures have shades closed for a reason. Outer windows overlook storage of trampolines, vehicles, trailers and a cluttered balcony behind host's unit. "Kitchen" window looks into host's pantry and a semi closed off doorway between us and host's unit allow their every word to be heard. Downstairs tenant sprayed toxic clear coat on a truck outside and fumes entered our unit. !! Our last day there someone entered our unit while we were out and put our dirty laundry in a bag and moved a sheet we had hanging in front of the "closed off" doorway without any communication. The name of the router also changed so we had no internet last night there. !! The neighborhood is lovely but this property is the blight in it.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. A few areas were dated, but very clean. Full kitchen was appreciated. We also got to look at a big size studio apartment that looked nice. Hosts were nice and helped with whatever we needed
We stayed for 2 nights to go to a couple of local attractions and this was a great spot. We had everything we needed, everything was clean and comfortable, and the host was very kind and helpful!
Close to ski resorts, the shower was hot, and the beds nice, but there were issues. The unit is part of the hostâs house with the living/kitchen area being an enclosed portion of the porch. This space gets quite cold even with the space heater.Another issue was when we tried to use the sauna, which tripped the breaker and caused a power outage. The host responded quickly, resetting the breaker and informing us that the sauna could only be used if all other appliances were turned off. Also, we could only use it before 8pm since only the tenant downstairs has access to the breaker box and goes to bed then. While frustrating, we just avoided the sauna. But we found out quickly that running multiple appliances could also trip the breaker. When we reached out to the host, we were told that it was after 8pm and we would have to wait till 6am when the tenant woke up. The hostâs response was less than helpfulâshe asked her husband, who essentially told us to "just deal with it". This was extremely frustrating, especially since we had perishable food in the fridge and were making dinner. The host ended up offering their other VRBO next door that had its own kitchen and circuit, so there were no issues with power. In the end, we tried to make the best of it, but the electrical issues need to be fixed, and the circuit breaker needs to be made easily accessible. Until then, we canât recommend this place.
