Bright Home w/Huge backyard -20 min Denver/Boulder & 1 hour from ski resorts

Centrally located - 25 minutes away from Denver and 15 from Boulder. Steps away from awesome trails with beautiful mountain range views. Trail system connects the neighborhood to a beautiful pond. Grocery store and coffee shop conveniently located 3 blocks away.

Louisville and Lafayette are just 10 minutes away, they both have cute little downtowns to explore with lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy.

Lots of trails in the area and Eldora ski resort is just 55 minutes away.

The space

Huge backyard with play set with swings and slide for kids to play. Grill in backyard to BBQ and big patio to hang out outside while kids play.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them is a master bedroom with a master bathroom and a small office space.

The family room downstairs has a couch with a pullout bed (small queen size) good for kids to sleep.

Open living room - dining room -kitchen format. Dining table fits 6 people comfortably. House is equipped with dinnerware for 8 people.

Everything in the house is new and recently purchased. Brand new foam mattresses and foam pillows. We truly hope you have a wonderful stay!

We would stay here again!

Nice house & close to grocery store, restaurants & highways. The neighborhood is safe & walkable. The only drawback is there aren’t handrails on the stairs so that could present a challenge to some.

A great value for graduation weekend at Boulder. House was good for 7 people. Not luxurious
 a little loud, beds and pillows are okay not great but it delivered all that the listing promised. Good communication with the host.

Close to Shopping & Events

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well suited to the amount of people we had, also incredibly well-kept. The yard is gigantic and the swing set is a huge bonus for the kids. There is a garage you can access once in The house but we did not need to use it. The proximity to a grocery store, dining, Flatirons Mall and a hotel/convention center (which is why we booked this specific property for an event there) was great and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.

Our stay

Overall the house was fine. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, Few things to keep in mind
Bathroom upstairs was leaking into the ceiling and looked as if the ceiling in the downstairs bath had been repaired prior. We had water bubbling in the ceiling and coming through. Toilet seat in downstairs look to be original and peeling through (not great). As well, fridge seems to be on its last leg, if you’re staying for a while cooling capabilities seemed iffy. Trash can was completely full in the garage and we had to place trash around the can. The outside area was in disarray and nothing the like the picture portray. Definitely needs some attention.

We stayed here for 3 night for a wedding. The house was comfortable, the neighborhood is quite and close to a grocery store and restaurants. If you use the AC, keep the vents closed in the basement or upstairs will get warm. The only negative was the dirty patio furniture and the gas grill was very dirty and falling apart, so we chose not to use it.

Just Perfect for Our Family

We live in the area and had to move out for 9 nights for a renovation. The location is so convenient if you are heading to either Boulder or Denver as well as a short distance to Lafayette or Louisville which have some great restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We were so comfortable and our little dog loved roaming the huge fenced backyard. Thank you for having us!

Very convenient location and cozy house for CO adventures

This house is at very convenient location that about 1hr away to all our destinations, which is comfortably manageable for us (a group of 4 adults and 2 elders). The house has everything we need as it described and a very enjoyable deck. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at this place!!

Clean and Convenient

Great VRBO property with a convenient location near shopping, gas stations, and major roads (to get to Boulder or to head north). Also, the house was immaculate with nice amenities and a beautiful "welcome basket" containing snacks and a bottle of wine. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Owners were very easy to contact. Val got back to us right away if we had questions. Perfect house for our group of 4. We were visiting our daughter and her family for the holidays. Highly recommend this rental!
