The main level of this home has an open floor plan with living areas, dining areas, and a spacious kitchen, and a view of the Gulf from every angle. The third story has four bedrooms including two gulf-front main suites with king beds and private access to the balcony. The main suites each have private full baths with whirlpool tubs, separate showers, and double vanity sinks. The remaining bedrooms, on the northeast and northwest respectively, have king beds and private full baths with tub/shower combinations. There is a small morning kitchen and an additional laundry room on this level as well. With eight bedrooms total, six with king beds, and two separate living areas, your comfort is assured. Skane provides space for whatever your purpose may be. Nordic Villas offers common areas with manicured grounds and two immaculate outdoor pools, and shared charcoal and gas grills give guests an unforgettable experience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
