Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 16Úme étage donnant directement sur la riviÚre Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1 750 pieds carrés, l'unité est trÚs spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!



Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unitĂ© est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine Ă  glaçons, d'un tĂ©lĂ©viseur haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat 65 "dans le salon et d'un tĂ©lĂ©viseur haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat de 58" dans le boĂźtier principal, ainsi TĂ©lĂ©vision dans les 2Ăšme et 3Ăšme chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maĂźtre et deux lits Queen dans les 2Ăšme et 3Ăšme chambres pour dormir jusqu'Ă  10. Tous les lits sont Ă©quipĂ©s de matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme et nous avons mĂȘme une chaise haute pour les plus petits.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accÚs nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une riviÚre paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10Úme étage.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Overall it was a great experience! The balcony view, location to grocery stores, and easy beach access make it a win.Upon arrival one of the batteries in a fire alarm needed replaced, so we had to take care of that. I also thought it was not 100% clean (hair in drawers/on towels, dusty doors/blinds, and unorganized kitchen). The kitchen was well equipped but not organized. It was hard to find things.I did not feel like the grounds were well maintained like the other Phoenix properties we’ve stayed at. The pool chairs were never reset nor were there enough, and there weren’t enough floats for the lazy river. The fitness room provided the necessities for a good workout each morning.Overall, our stay was great and the kids had a blast. Our girls loved the hot tubs and slide!

Absolutely perfect! The condo was great for our family! The decor is amazing and the balcony view is breathtaking! Add in the lazy river and you have fun for the entire family. The location is also wonderful with everything you need across the street with an excellent restaurant practically next door. We will return for another stay!

Love staying at the Phoenix Orange Beach, stayed in 1603 and it was gorgeous!! Will definitely be staying there next year. Employees were very polite and friendly!!

Orange Beach Vaca

This was a wonderful property with lots to do for the kids! We were able to see dolphins almost every day from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to a lot of different shops across the road example cvs, Starbucks, DQ and much more. We would for sure stay here again!

Beautiful place!

This condo had all we needed. Beachfront, Lazy River, Pool, large balcony, the right kinds of beds to fit our family's needs, a great kitchen, beach toys, kitchen appliances -- it was a great time for our family. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was great. Sand was all over the floors when we arrived and dishes still had food on them in the cabinet but other than that it was awesome!!

Amazing view and location

We had a great time at this location. Beautiful view and great location. Spacious room and for the most part very clean. Our only complaint was that the floors desperately needed to be washed better. Our feet were dirty just from walking barefoot. Very minimal supplies to start too you’ll definitely need a grocery order for supplies. Besides those two things, we absolutely loved this building, easy check-in easy check out and the view was just Wow!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Our group really loved the space, the large round table for gathering and the balcony offered plenty seating. The minor issue with the ice maker was addressed with one phone call. We were very pleased. We did find the lazy river in need of cleaning but it was off season so maybe that’s why it was not attended to while we were there. Would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying in the Phoenix Orange Beach but the first time in this particular unit. We LOVE the location, views, and access this property provides. However, our family felt this particular until was not as clean or well-maintained as the unit we stayed previously. Once we got into the unit, we noticed a few things: there was a bag of dirty linens or trash left on a side table in the living room, a lamp was broken in the primary bedroom (still functional though), and the floors felt somewhat grimey. We also noticed that the couch was quite worn (and not the most comfortable) and the rug and some of the furniture looked dingy. The other callout from our family was that a couple of the mattresses were extremely hard/firm. Overall, the unit was OK. The unit we stayed in previously was one of the most well-maintained properties we've ever stayed in so our expectations were very high. However, I think better/updated furniture and a better cleaning crew could really elevate this property.
