Maison contemporaine de 1 800 pi. Trois chambres, deux salles de bains. Situé sur une route de campagne tranquille, un demi-mile de la plage de Wade. Propriété arborée (2. 10 acres) avec une grande cour. Plan du premier étage ouvert avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Jacuzzi en grande chambre des maîtres à l'étage avec placard de plain-pied. Excellent pour la cuisson et le divertissement. Véranda qui donne sur la nature à préserver et projeté porche arrière, y compris le nouveau barbecue Weber. Propre, maison d'été paisible et moderne, idéale pour se détendre et recevoir des invités.

Great host

The place was great, we really enjoyed the quiet of shelter island. Daniel was very responsive and gave great directions to help us have a relaxing and fun stay. The place was just as it appeared in the photos.

Great home!

The home was spacious and inviting. Communication with the owners was great! Would absolutely consider renting from Dan and Cheryl again.

Wonderful property in a really cool area of Shelter!

Daniel and Cheryl were amazing hosts with very clear and timely responses to any question. The property was clean, very well maintained and exactly as described in the vrbo posting. We went on family walks to Wades Beach, rode our bikes, grilled out and explored all around the island. It was an amazing experience creating family summer memories that will last a lifetime. We even had the opportunity to have some homemade lemonade as one of the neighbor's kids setup a lemonade stand on the weekend. Thank you again for allowing us to experience your special home!

Secluded Island Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed for our week on the island. The lot is secluded, yet a short drive to all that Shelter Island has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, contemporary, clean !

We enjoyed our stay; the house is very pretty, comfortable with a contemporary country feel, also very clean i might add. The short walk to wades beach is lovely ! We will return.

Satisfied Summer Visitors

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers), enjoyed our stay at this airy, comfortable, well-located house with a small screened porch, outside deck and roomy backyard. The owners were very helpful, informative and responsive. The location is excellent - very near Wade's Beach and a fresh water pond. We recommend the Mashomack Preserve, biking everywhere, Sunset Beach for views, the Perlman concerts, Sweet Tomatoes and Commander Cody's for two differing and enjoyable restaurants, the Library and its book sale, and just relaxing and enjoying the special qualities of this special place.
