Located just steps from the beach, this penthouse level condo boasts a bright and serene interior with plenty of vacation perks like access to an outdoor pool and sauna. This Gulf-front condo is also near plenty of local attractions and activities including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Pier, an amusement park, golfing, and dining.

After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the zero-entry pool that overlooks the Gulf, come home to relax on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. Eat meals or play games together at the dining table. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss. Start your next day off right with coffee on the balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and spectacular water views. There’s something for everyone when you stay at San Carlos.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We arrived late in the evening. Our cars were tagged for towing early next morning. Says to purchase parking pass at kiosk on 3rd floor. There is no kiosk. And no attendant on duty. Took awhile to get parking permits situated. The condo is in very poor repair. Mold in shower. Broken/cracked countertop. Stained and very worn furniture. Ceiling has noticeable damage. Most walls are pretty banged up. In need of sheetrock repair and paint. Half of the curtains missing in the living room. Master suite had curtains that needed to be rehung. We got on a chair to fix when we arrived. Cabinetry in kitchen is peeling/cracking. If looking for a high end experience, this is not it.

Perfect short vacation

Property was very nice. Great ocean views. We checked in at 4:00, but when we got to our room, they were still cleaning. That was the only drawback to our stay. Access to the beach is short and great. We had a perfect short vacation

Family time.

We enjoyed our stay.. there were not many face rages or towels.. only one towel and two face rages per room. (We had an unexpected cost of purchasing those items). But the rooms were clean . We enjoyed ourselves and will return.

The place was really clean but needs to be updated. The baseboards need to be replaced. The TVs are super-outdated. Maybe if some smart TVs were added and streaming services available, this place would be top notch.

We really envied your stay in the Penthouse. The only bad thing to say is that the counter was filthy when I rubbed my hand across it, the tv in the master needs upgrading, video quality was horrible, and there was no stopper for the kitchen sink. I hand-wash, I hate a dishwasher.

Not at all what it was portrayed to be.

Needs lots of updates and maintenance to multiple items in the condo. Definitely not worth what we paid for. We did enjoy being back on the beach at San Carlos and being so close to downtown..
