Great place! Plenty of room for our family. And the corner balcony offered fantastic views of the Gulf. Centrally located to get to any restaurant or store you may need during the stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The owner was extremely nice and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great Experience

This is our second year renting a condo from Jason and his wife. Our experience was wonderful! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Jason and his wife were extremely helpful! We will definitely be booking for a third trip to Gulf Shores with them. We love Island Royal room 801and 503!

Great location

The condo was very easy to get to, clean and well equipped. Joe the security guard became the kids favorite. Not bad or good but pool is on side of building so doesn’t have much sun. We did go to pool everyday it is heated and the kids loved there time here.

Great family vacation

Great location. Great condo. Balcony is where we spent most evenings, incredible view, and nice breeze. We had six people, it could of slept 7 or 8 easily. Covered parking on ground floor when avaliable. Very clean, newer appliances except dishwasher. But everything worked as it was supposed to. Plenty of cookware for cooking. When I come down again next year I will check availability when booking.

Fell in love with this unit! the beds were comfy but the living room furniture was tired. the views and balconies were awesome. loved the location too! it felt like home immediately! we are considering it again but time will tell.
