Spend lazy evenings enjoying the refreshing breeze on our private balcony, which is also complete with a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals al fresco and a porch swing. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed to treat your guests and yourself to mouth-watering meals and beach snacks during your stay!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointed in the cleanliness primarily the dishes. No pot holders to handle hot items. Remotes were lost down in the sofa bed. Body wash in shower were empty and the charcoal chimney was old and broken, other than that the location and view was spectacular!

Peaceful and quaint

The view was amazing and our favorite feature was the porch swing. We were mislead about a dishwasher and laundry facilities onsite/in the room. We loved the pool area and direct beach access. The location was so close to many great restaurants and shops. The location also felt not as crowded as other areas. And we liked that.

Great view with a nice Swing on a deck

We liked the view and location of this place a lot. I had a sprained ankle and really appreciated how close this condo was to the beach. Even better thing is you might not feel the need to go the beach when have this nice view form the Deck. This apartment is at the end of the balcony so you have total privacy on the deck. No one else is gonna walk between the deck and you condo entrance. Me and my wife enjoyed late night talks on this swing after putting our kids to bed. The location also helped us when my daughter showed symptoms of Ear inflection. We were able to have a quick visit to the doctor and come back to the beach in the same morning. The beds are a bit smaller for two adults. There wasn't any blanket for the couch bed. all over the place is bit smaller for than 3-4 adults but it was clean enough. We may come back again to this place just for the location and view while our kids are small.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We come here as often as we can. Although it's a condo, it's small and seems individual and separate. We are right on the beach which is extremely awesome and they are always clean and have all of the things you would need. ❤️😊

Gulf Village - Room 107

This was the perfect little studio apt style room. The view was direct to the beach and ocean. It had a swing and table for outside enjoyment and entertainment. Nothing fancy, but all of your basic needs were met. The air conditioning was amazing in the living room, but didnt quite make it to the bedroom.

Weekend away from life

Property was fine. Great spot on the beach. Just wish we knew that the beach was being restored while there. Bulldozers beeping around the clock. Couldnt enjoy the beach at the property. Would have gone elsewhere has we known.

This cozy little condo is our favorite.

The view of the ocean from the porch swing is priceless. There’s no bedding for the pull out couch and the bedding for the master was awful so bring your own. Our 5th year to stay there and already planning for next year.

Cozy and peaceful

I booked this condo because of the swing and it did not disappoint. At first entry to the condo I was afraid it was going to be too small inside the bedroom but it was very cozy and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely come back to this sweet little gem 💜

No blanket for sofa bed. Had to go buy a blanket. People came by to look at unit , said it was for sale. We did not like that. I did not let them in. Some plugs did not work. Blow dryer did not work. Volume in tv does not work.
