GULF VILLAGE # 206 - NOUVELLEMENT REMODELÉ. Vous adorerez ce confortable, propre 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain, condo face au golfe à Gulf Village condominiums. Cette propriété se trouve directement sur la plage avec une magnifique vue frontale imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et la piscine. La terrasse en bois pleine grandeur est juste devant la porte d'entrée de cet appareil.
Cette grande terrasse a beaucoup d'espace pour manger et se divertir plutôt qu'un petit balcon. Ce complexe a une très large façade sur la plage qui est idéalement située à quelques pas de votre unité. En outre, c'est l'une des quelques propriétés qui ont des droits sur le Little Lagoon ainsi qu'une deuxième piscine, qui est située dans les Gulf Villas.

Ocean view made up for some of the issues with the property. Deck is misleading as it is not private, there was a common walkway between studio and deck. Other issues were communicated directly with owner with future follow through.

very clean well supplied beautiful view very comfy bed my only complaint would be it needs to be listed as not accessible i have a very bad knee and having to go up and down 2 flights of stairs numerous times a day was very rough and there was no laundry facilities in unit i thought description made it sound like there was i would definitely recommend to someone that doesn't have problems with stairs

The condo was clean and cozy. Perfect location directly on the beach. The check in and out process was very simple and communication with the owners was outstanding. Will definitely comsider staying here again and highly recommend for a couple's beach getaway.

We're from Southeastern Wisconsin and traveled to Gulf Shores, AL for a vacation and found that this was a great community for us to keep coming back to visit. We've been married for 37 years and raised four children. We recently retired and decided we'd love to share our property with our friends, family and guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Gulf Village is located right on the Gulf. There's miles and miles of beach frontage. This beach is great for taking long walks, swimming, or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. This town has many nearby venues for eating, drinking , and entertainment. Our condo is located right on the beach!

We recently remodeled the Kitchen and Bath. The Kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. This unit has a large wood deck overlooking the pool and beach front. The deck has plenty of room for outside dinning and entertaining. The Little Lagoon has a long pier for our guests to use for fishing and crabbing.

Guests at Gulf Village - unit 206, have easy access to the beach, two pools, the Little Lagoon, BBQ grills, and, a coin operated laundry room, which is located on site. This complex is conveniently located near shops, bars and restaurants. You can purchase up to two parking passes for Gulf Village, if needed. If you don't have a vehicle you can call Lyft, Uber or a Cab, if you need transportation. We have a keypad entry door for your convenience, which eliminates the worries, of carrying or losing your key. This area is very close to the The Hangout which has a music festival held every May, and also the shrimp festival which is held every October.
