This two level townhouse is just steps from the ocean and boardwalk in the town of Bethany Beach. Park the car and enjoy all that Bethany has to offer. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, and balcony. Limited ocean view from balcony. Renovations done in 2016. New second floor bathrooms, primary bedroom will be on south side of building and a balcony will be added. New carpet and floors throughout.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
