Great condo…sleeps 6. No issues occurred …all went well. Host communicated before the trip with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Would very much recommend.

Overall this place was a great stay! We loved the newly remodeled kitchen and the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean! The owner is very responsive and while we did have a problem trying to check in, we were able to get it taken care of and everything ended up being fine. The location is great and our balcony was lovely - the furniture on the balcony was comfortable too which isn't always the case.

Sea Colony!

This place was amazing! Crappy weather or not, we had plenty to do. Access was super convenient, unit was just as advertised, and the view was out of this world. Owner was an absolute charm to deal with and made every accomodation to make our stay easy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

September at the Beach

My 96-year old mother and two cousins and I enjoyed a comfortable stay at this well-appointed condo. Elevators, ramps, and a walk-in shower made it easy to allow my mother to join us in a post-Labor Day stay at the beach.

We had an amazing Girls Cousin Trip to the beach. It was exactly what all 3 of us needed. We loved our beach day and also sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Our theme this year was rest and relaxation and we got that 100%. The condo was amazing and had the 3 bedrooms which we love so we each have our own space when needed. Henry was also an amazing host and made sure our stay was great

Best vacation in years

The property easily accommodated 3 adults and 3 children. Very clean. View of Atlantic Ocean and expanse of well-guarded beach was wonderful. Plenty of choices of activities. Very complete kitchen and comfortable baths. Ahhhh!

Clearly a prremier host

Ideal 3 bedroom unit at Sea Colony with a great ocean view. Bathrooms were just redone and they are beautiful. The owner responded to every query quickly and provided many recommendations for local restaurants, etc.

Beach view was beautiful, overlooked a pool that was beautiful but was closed for the season. We were able to walk to an inside pool which was great. The beach is beautiful with very clean sand not a speck of trash. All guests were there were awesome.Our room was very clean and furnishings were great. Balcony was a little tight for four adults with only three chairs. Could have gotten rid of the lounger and add a fourth patio chair

Quick trip to Bethany Beach

The owner, Henry, was very personable and informative prior to our trip. He has a very nice place that was just what we needed. The Sea Colony property overall is very nice. There were a couple minor hiccups that were beyond Henry’s control, but he was just a phone call away and quickly resolved the concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be excellent. We would definitely return!

Sweet space

The home owner was amazing in his prep. We had all info we needed and then some. the space was so clean and open. it is a little hike from the elevator-tucked away on a corner - so also not much sunlight during the day can reach that balcony. Ok for us as we avoided all the sun screens, etc. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Good time of the years

Great time of the year to visit. Hardly any people were there. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back. Condo is as advertised. Nice and was really clean. I find it unsusal that you have to bring your own towels and bed linen but that was no big deal. Must and an East Coast thing. We never do that when staying on the Gulf Coast .

Nothing Like Sea Colony

We had a wonderful week at 611 Island House..we loved the private location of the condo, and the convenience of being close to tram. The unit is very comfortable, with a roomy kitchen, plenty of closet and storage space. Henry and Alyssa did a superb job renovating the primary bath, with double sinks, Toto toilet and upscale shower and decor. A newer washer/dryer was certainly a bonus feature. All in all a fabulous stay at Sea Colony.
