OCEANFRONT Belle et récemment rénové One Bedroom One Bathroom Condo, queen size canapé-lit, peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Avec l'emplacement spectaculaire, plage météo et magnifiques levers de soleil, ce bord de mer retraite comprend une pratique au premier étage de plain-pied sur une terrasse privée, qui est attaché à la Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Tout est à une courte distance de marche de toutes les commodités que Bethany Beach a à offrir - plaisir et de détente au soleil et de sable, de divertissement au centre-ville, restaurants, bars, magasins, épicerie, marché de producteurs, parcs, mini-golf, terrains de jeux, des terrains de basket-ball, etc. Il y a aussi des courts de tennis à proximité, et Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Le condo a une unité centrale de climatisation / chauffage unitaire conçu pour une utilisation toute l'année, et une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils blancs et des comptoirs en granit. Il y a une télévision avec un lecteur DVD, cùble et internet sans fil. Le condo comprend également un invité laveuse / sécheuse partagée. Parking gratuit dans notre lot privé.

My husband and I had a fabulous week at Dianne's lovely condo. It was very nicely decorated and laid out with just the right amenities to make us feel welcomed and able to settle in right away. The location was PERFECT with the beach across the boardwalk and the center of town a short walk (just minutes) away. And Dianne was an AMAZING host - very responsive to my inquiries and so incredibly helpful and personable. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you so much, Dianne! : )

Old Bethany Coastal Cottage within a Condo is my description for this rental! The amenities were terrific, especially the location and the showers, indoor and outdoor, the parking spaces, and the washer and dryer! The added light sensitive night lights were very helpful too!

Steps to the beach...so restful!

Bethany Beach is a quiet family beach town. We had a wonderful and restful stay...taking umbrella & beach chairs w/ books to enjoy the sounds of the ocean each day of our stay. The condo was perfect for us, retired couple, who enjoyed getting away for a few restful days. Staying oceanfront, we were steps from the beach. Condo perfect for us two and Dianne, our host, so gracious. All the comforts...

4 day get away

The property was just as described. Perfect location for walking everywhere. Two good weather days where we could sit on the beach just steps from the porch. Two stormy days with lots of rain but the waves were amazing to look at and listen to all night long. Lots of puzzles and reading on those days. Perfect for 4 days of R and R!!

The perfect little cozy Autumn get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet little ocean front condo — the perfect get-away retreat to Bethany Beach. Accommodates two comfortably with a very well-equipped kitchen for dining in, and breezy covered porch complete with picnic table, chairs and plenty of space for entertaining. Everything is within walking distance since the Boardwalk is only steps from the condo's door, including Bethany's Town Square with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, but if you need to restock your own provisions, grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive from the beaches. But the best part by far is catching the spectacular sunrises just a short walk past the dunes from the boardwalk. Our only regret is that we were unable to stay longer this trip, but hope to be able to revisit this experience in the future!

A perfect Location on Bethany Beach

This cozy little unit was in a perfect location on the Boardwalk. It was literally steps over the dunes to the beach and close enough to downtown that we could walk to everything. The only drawback was that bed sheets and bath towels were not provided. We didn’t discover this until after we arrived so we ended up having to purchase our own. Otherwise we had a lovely stay in Bethany Beach.

Grown ups Vacation

It wasn’t a sunny week, but thanks to the covered porch we enjoyed the fresh air, the beautiful views and the friendly walkers on the boardwalk. The condo is small but it was just two of us. Decorated adorably. The bathroom shower i wanted to take home with me. The Host is sooo nice to work with. We enjoyed ourselves.

Really sweet condo in the boardwalk

I would LOVE to have given this five stars as it was really a nice spot to spend our vacation. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our one drawback was the bed which, due to us being used to a softer feel, had us working around that one issue. Diane was responsive and truly seems to care about those who rent here. Perfect spot!

Our week was amazing! This is a perfect location for beach lovers. A 1 minute walk over the dune and pick your spot to relax on the beach. Can see the sunrise from the front deck too! The condo is just right for two people. Clean and lovely decor. The owner is very responsive and intent on making sure you have a lovely stay. We will be back!

Very nice place

Property was as advertised. Clean, had enough space for my daughter, wife, and me. The only thing I'd say is we opted to use the pull out queen futon instead of the full bed thinking we'd have more room... it wasn't a good sleep so we ended up sleeping one in the full bed, and one just on the couch. It worked but wasn't ideal. Everything else was great though. Thank you again Dianne for the opportunity to stay! Bethany is a good, safe place for the family to vacation!

Wonderful location!

I took my niece, who is wheelchair bound to the beach for a week and we stayed in this lovely, accessible condo. It is well appointed, spotless and the host responds very quickly. Just steps to the beach (I rented my niece a beach wheelchair) --really easy to get her onto the beach. We explored the boardwalk, dinner spots and shops at night. Wonderful time! Thank you, Dianne!

This condo was everything we expected. The size was perfect and all we needed. The location allowed us to be on the beach in about 50 steps. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few dinners. It was immaculately clean inside. I need to do 2 reviews to give it 10 stars.

The location couldn’t have been any better. Just a minute walk to the beach. Diane‘s place was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities. Even though you were on the boardwalk, it was fairly quiet just pedestrians walking in the morning and in the evenings. You could walk to downtown Bethany Boardwalk in about five to ten minutes. It is just perfect for two people.

 Great communication with the owner/manager and really enjoyed our time at the beach. Easy walk to the main drag at Bethany. Two people max I think in this condo. Loved it!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I bought this property because of its oceanfront location, town proximity, and safe and serene area. As a young adult, we always met at First Street and Oceanside, just in front of this small condo building. I have a 1972 Polaroid picture of my friends and I with the small Bethany Breakers condo building in the background. Harvey, god rest his soul, used to chase us out of the outside shower. It's a beautiful location, renovated with love, and my renters affectionately refer to it as, "a little piece of paradise." It was simply meant to be.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The building was recently renovated with all new Hardieplank siding and Trex Transcend decking -- My coveted last coup as the President of the HOA. It's referred to by locals as the "Taj Mahal of Bethany Beach." This condo is on the first floor level, with sliding glass doors that step out onto the deck. The outside picnic table makes for the perfect hard shell crab feast! The deck is attached by a short walkway directly to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. The views of the sunrise are spectacular. There's nothing better than the sound of the crashing waves, and the cool summer breezes off the water. A great place to relax and enjoy.
