THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the balcony with the beach view! It was a very big apartment that was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. I loved there was a TV in each room with streaming services.

Nice condo

The condo itself was very nice and served our needs for the week. There are a few things that I found odd. For starters the closet in the room with two beds is barely accessible because the bed is so close to the closet doors. It is hard to store items in there. The washer and dryer are very small so many loads needed to be done just to wash our clothes and beach towels. The Wi-Fi has a hard time when connected to cell phones and when doing any type of video conferencing. Connect your laptop to do typical work and check email seems fine but was not great for video conferencing or on the web. We checked in on Saturday and they were so many people checking in that it took forever to get an elevator. They do have these great big bins that you can put your items in that’s helpful so you don’t have to make too many trips but only one big bin will fit into an elevator with a couple people so it took quite some time. We only used the outdoor pool once because there were so many people in the pool, but it was quite crowded. We never use the indoor pool because it just didn’t seem very inviting and I don’t recall any chairs at the indoor pool. We don’t usually stay in a high-rise so these are some issues that come with so many people staying in the same building.

OC paradise

Great condo, area is amazing. Elevators worked well; very little wait during peak periods. Plenty of parking. Pool and pool deck were clean never over crowded.

I will never rent though Vacasa again

Our family of 6 loves The Quay. The property and location is fantastic. Our unit was awesome, aside from the fact of cleanliness. When we arrive we check the unit and found blood stains and masses of food and crumbs in and around the pull out couch. I contacted Vacasa immediately. Vacasa did nothing but tell me that they would send someone “soon”. They couldn’t give an ETA. I checked with them hourly until about 10pm when I gave up and we had 2 people who now did not have a bed. I contacted them again alittle after 8am the next morning. I was able to speak with on the phone one very helpful and competent women and she sent a cleaning crew to our unit within the hour. The bed so disgusting that the cleaning crew FaceTimed their boss to show her how the unit was left. I explained other cleaning concerns and they apologized. During this entire process Vacasa was essentially useless. They did not want to be bothered with the issue and had generic preset responses to me. The fact that 2 people didn’t have a bed and we were talking about blood stains and there was still not concern or urgency is appalling. We will never rent a unit managed by them again and I feel badly for the owners because I don’t think they know how their space is being treated and how it reflects on them. I have photos of all of it.

Wonderful trip!

We had a great stay in this oceanside condo. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. An electric griddle would make a nice addition for making breakfast easily. We loved the view and being so close to the ocean and enjoyed listening to the ocean from the balcony and watching sunsets over the bay. The building itself is in dire need of some maintenance and updating. There were many broken umbrellas and chaise lounge chairs, and the indoor pool was not appealing at all. The kids enjoyed the arcade although it was outdated.

Great OC Getaway

The place is updated, located next to everything, complex offers alot of options, has a great view and everything you need for a beach trip. However, the check-in process is very disappointing...having to drive to 64th street, to then wait in line with 70 other people all trying to check-in at the same time is ridiculous. You are renting from a company, not an individual. Overall the place was very nice and clean but the Vacasa cleaners could do better, there was alot of sand/dust in the corners and under the furniture. There were no cleaning supplies and the vacuum didn't work but they did offer to send the cleaners back out. Other than that I would absolutely stay here again!

Updated clean condo

Condo was clean, updated & perfect for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked with coffee maker, utensils, etc. Complex is very family friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo with a few drawbacks

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. Nice size for 5 adults and a child. Cleaning was subpar with a lot of dust and sand under the couches and beds. Sofa bed was broken so it’s good we weren’t anticipating using that.

Late check in.

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late for check in and keys were ready and waiting for us in lockbox. Our only issue was that the condo is listed as “sheets and towels included”, however, there weren’t any when we arrived. After several calls to the service center and promises that they would arrive by midnight, our first night was spent using our personal beach towels as blankets. The rental company did make sure the linens were at our door by 7am the next morning and compensated us by refunding the cleaning fee. All in all our experience using the rental company is positive.
