The condo was perfect and VERY spacious. The kitchen was stocked and the starter dish soap and dishwasher soap was perfect for a long weekend stay! I have stayed many places in OC and will definitely be coming back to this condo!

Great location - views of both bay and ocean from the balcony. Walking distance to almost everything and easy drive to the boardwalk.

The quay was convenient and easy access to beach. The pool was simple but nice after a long day on the beach. The rooms are a bit dated. Not much light in the rooms but the windows allow a decent amount of light thru.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive, also the check in process was extremely easy. There are a few things I would mention for other travelers to be aware of, and also the host. There is no space in the kitchen to store any dry food items, the cupboards are packed full of cookware, not very organized so all your groceries have to stay on the counter. The condo sleeps 6 but there is only a table and chairs outside on the balcony for 2 people. The sofa does pull out to a queen bed but the metal bar on the sofa sticks into your back when laying down so it’s best to use a mattress topper for extra padding. The chair in the living room was broken but the host was very accommodating with sending maintenance to fix it. There are barely any hangers in the closet to hang clothes. The walk in shower in the one guest bedroom could use a shower rack bc all your shower supplies have to sit on the floor of the shower. Not to sound picky, but just a few things I noticed that would really help others prepare better. I feel it just needs some updating cosmetically as the pictures are a bit deceiving. Overall, it was a great location, safe, and close to the beach.

We will be Back!

This stay has now made it's self a permanent part of our summer family vacations. The unit was a good size,clean and very comfortable. Tge location is great with needed stores and activities very close by. The beach literally steps from the Quay. Staff was very helpful upon check in. We are already planning our dates for 2025.

This unit is as advertised. Check-in was easy and management was incredibly responsive (within minutes). The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Its an older building (like most in the OC) but the unit and the building have been thoughtfully renovated. The unit provides bay and beach views. The indoor pool came in handy on rainy days the 2nd floor cafe was a pleasant surprise. The building isnt as big some of the others in the area so there was always plenty of space by the pool and beachside. We'd definitely return.

What a wonderful vacation

We absolutely loved the condo, the facility, and the location. Great for families and adults alike. Right on the beach. From the balcony, we could see both the ocean and the bay. The building has both large hampers for moving and carts for groceries, very convenient. 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, and wine/beer/liquor within a few blocks. On the 2nd floor of the building, there’s a Tiny Cafe where we got breakfast sandwiches and coffee. There’re also essentials for house and beach, books for children and adults, jewelry and souvenirs. Also lunch sandwiches and salads. Much appreciated. Very easy to communicate with facility’s management, by text. No issues, just the sun and the sand… and a home away from home.
