The Quay Condominium is conveniently located near shopping and grocery stores. It offers many amenities for guests including indoor and outdoor heated pools, sundeck, picnic tables, tennis, two saunas, game room with pool table and pinball, and onsite security. Unit 1005 is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 color TV's, and Free WIFI! (living room and master bedroom have cable and second bedroom has DVD player and can be used for streaming). The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two singles and the living room has a new sleep sofa in June of 2023. New paint, sleep sofa and love seat for 2023. Parking for one car with a fee of $100 per week paid to the Quay at check in. This unit offers Mini Weeks for your convenience. Mini Weeks run Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. You can rent full weeks from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. You can even do a 10 night stay if you would like. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sleeps 6. Sorry, No Pets.

Room was as described!

Room was very clean! Linens and towels were provided as described. Room was great! Just a couple issues and maybe opinions of ours to help the owner. Condo had a musty smell to it. Seemed like it was coming from the floor carpet. Could not use both showers at once or someone was getting cold water. Which brings me to another shower issue, main bathroom shower was like getting hit with a fire hose. Pressure was so high. A/C was set not to go below 70 which is frustrating when your out in the heat all day and want to be cooler in the rooms. Another concern which might bother others was no dead bolt or latch on the main door. Overall room was clean and provided everything for our week trip to be a success.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a foul odor that seemed to get worse by the day. The front desk staff was not helpful AT ALL (at the Quay) with getting us our pool passes or parking pass. The shower head in the master was at a trickle. The unit WAS clean and ver up to date though. Although I was not happy with the property.... I will definitely rent through century 21 new horizon again, as their customer service is ALWAYS outstanding and the 7 years prior to this I have been 100% satisfied!
