Small, convenient but wouldn't stay again
The condo location was great - just across coastal highway and an easy walk to the beach. Food, coffee and shops are walkable. We knew going in the place was small and were happy to find a very reasonably priced option at such a last minute booking (the week before our stay).
The listing is a bit misleading, however. Says it sleeps 6 but the couch/futon that sleeps 2 would only hold small children when open. The backrest that converts to half of the bed has no support and does not lay flat, and a person trying to sleep on it risks falling off or breaking it. There are two beds in the upstairs bedroom where all four of us had to sleep since none of us could use the futon - luckily were are family. I wouldn't really want to share a room with a friend-couple (kind of awkward).
There were areas that were dirty (a reflection on the cleaning company): Dirty crumbs on top of microwave and refrigerator, moldy shower curtain liner, carpets were very worn, couch cover seemed "icky" with body oil and lotion residue.
Other issues: Light below microwave, above stove didn't work, no batteries in upstairs bedroom remote, Netflix did not work upstairs but welcome book said it was available, missing outlet cover on receptacle behind bed upstairs (hazard), there was a very strong smoke smell upon entering hallway (coming from another condo) from outside..
