The good:Definitely a good place for 2 people. The place is cute and in a great location.The bad:Dirty when we got there. Had to spend 45 minutes cleaning.The shower is too small for even a small person. The black mold wasn't exactly appealing.Whatever you do, don't look under the stove or behind the couch. I dropped something under the stove. We pulled it out and tilted it back to get in out. Disgusting.. The couch was the same.The floor was dirty, like it had not been cleaned.If you are a clean freak or a germaphobe, this place isn't for you.If you don't mind a terrible bathroom that has a child sized shower, go for it.

Great location

This apartment is perfect for 2 people. Picking up the parking pass and accessing the apartment is very convenient and easy. It is located within easy walking distance to all of the main attractions.

Great spot

I used this place for the oceans calling festival. It was close enough to be an 11 minute walk but far enough that i slept restfully every night.

While the condo itself was small, it worked for out trip as far as size goes. Unfortunately, it was so dirty, we immediately ran to Walmart an bought about 300 worth of pillows, bedding, paper/plastic utensils, toiletries, etc. just to feel comfortable enough to endure our stay. There are 2 rooms, living room and bedroom, with 2 window unit ACs. Unfortunately, the one in the living room did not stay running so we had to use fans with open doors to pull the air from the bedroom forward.It is unfortunate, since the condo itself was not the issue, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for on this trip. It ended costing us a heck of a lot more just to be comfortable during our stay.I did reach out to VRBO after checking in, however the auto reply was that no one was available (assuming due to the weekend), and no one has contacted us since then.

Awesome Condo!

The property was so cute! I loved our condo! We are definately going to stay there again!! Very clean!! I was very pleased! Soo close to the beach! Only 2 blocks!! I highly recommend this place!

Pleasantly surprised! Condo was very clean and comfy. Small, but perfect for sleeping and showering! We spent our days on the beach and mainly just slept and showered there! Patio was also a huge plus! Super cute private area away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough if you enjoy that! Will definitely book again!

Overall this beach house was beautiful. My only complaint was no linens on the bed and the shower was quite tiny. You also need to bring your own towels for the shower! The distance to the beach was amazing and it was so close to the bay too! Absolutely beautiful ! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice spot with your loved one.

OC Car Show trip

The unit was smaller then expected, but since it was only two of us and just for the weekend, it served its purpose. The unit was very clean and looked as if they updated it recently. The only view was the backside of other building but it was conveniently located to the down town area, beach and board walk.

Close to beach and boardwalk, the condo was clean. The area around it could have been nicer. Some things could use repaired/updated (coffee maker :)). Didn’t see a pool available to us though the listing did mention one. The fold out couch is not very comfortable- if you must use it (our little boy did), I would suggest bringing a comforter in addition to sheets. We ended up buying him another blanket on the boardwalk.

Cute place. Small, but cute. Overall it was okay, however, I did message and ask if we would need toilet paper and did not get an answer. There also were not any sheets. That’s fine I just wish there would have been a lists of things we would have had to bring ourselves. Toilet paper, sheets, towels, etc. Short distance to the beach which was nice. AC worked great. There were dirty dishes in the oven when we got there. Wasn’t horrible, but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

No parking pass

The notes about the office were wrong so we couldn’t get a parking pass and left a note to avoid getting towed. The toilet fill valve is broken so toilet ran entire time.
