Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great views and beach access. Condo needs to be updated, rugs old and dirty, dryer not drying. The worst part was the night before we left we saw a mouse run across the living room floor. There were also some droppings in the kitchen drawers. With this being said, we will not be returning to this location in the future.

Vacasa was easy to work with. Condo was clean. I didn’t realize that there was a 60 parking fee for the week with the condo. There was an elderly lady that worked for the condo wasn’t very friendly on the couple of occasions we interacted with her.

Never Again

The sheets in the master bedroom smelled like someone died in them. There were no extra sheets so I had to sleep on the couch. The tv in that room was also broken and I had to call maintenance to fix it. My friend was locked in the other bedroom because the lock is broken. They never fixed it.

Locked out in the cold

The listing states that the pool is closed from January 1 through April. However, when we visited in November, the indoor pool was closed. Therefore the listing is not accurate. The codes we were provided for the game room and lobby door were incorrect. We attempted to contact the property manager and were told they were working on the issue. We never received the correct code and therefore were never able to use the game room. Additionally, after going out on one very cold evening, we came back at 10pm and were unable to get into the building because the code provided was incorrect. No one with the property management company was able to help. We were locked out in the cold. Thankfully, a resident of the building let us in.

Amazing view

This unit was everything we wanted for a good price! The view was amazing and the beach was just steps away from the back deck area. The unit was clean and the masterbed was very comfortable with the nicest pillows I've ever had! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lifeguard chair close by that added security while my daughter was swimming. Will rent this unit again on our next vacation!

Do not recommend

I normally do not leave reviews. However I would highly discourage anyone from going to this location. It was not in good shape. There were holes in the walls and ceilings. The shower curtain was moldy and was missing most of the rings on both shower curtains, which made it hard to keep the water in. There were no blinds, which made it difficult for our four-year-old to sleep. Our betting had blood stains on it. And we were missing betting for some of our beds. The dishwasher didn't work the TV. Didn't work. The place was in rough shape. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Spacious condo for our family of 5

Overall the condo was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kids loved the indoor pool. Not as clean as expected. Property manager helpful via text/call.

Unit neglected

Balcony was best part. Lamps not plugged in, no outlets nearby, some had no lightbulb. Some outlets in bedroom 2 did not work. Bathrooms need maintenance on faucets, and updating.Master bedroom curtains need attention.

Beach front at Irene

The location was great, the unit was a little outdated and needs some up grades, nice big balcony outside furniture and rugs need to be clean. Overall it was Ok and close to the beach. Unit had beach items that was good too. Very secure!

Ok place

The condo was nice but it was not the cleanest. The stove top was discussing. It looked like it had not been cleaned, it had food still on the stovetop. Also the microwave was dirty. Overall we enjoyed the condo but the cleaning service needs to do better at cleaning.
