Make this condo your next home away from home for your vacation to North Ocean City! It was newly renovated and has been under new ownership since November 2022. This retreat is perfect for those looking to get away. With the beach nearby, numerous local restaurants to sample, and parks to explore, you'll always have something fun to do.

When you return, you'll be greeted by a comfortable living room boasting a smart TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. The full kitchen is there when hunger strikes and has everything you need to make a tasty meal you can enjoy at the dining table or on your private balcony. When it's time to wind down for the night, the bedrooms feature smart TVs for your viewing pleasure as you blissfully fall asleep.

THINGS TO KNOW

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo in a great location

Great Beach Condo Quiet Location

Our first time in North OC which was a pleasant experience. Avoid the hassles/noise of the older section which certainly has changed over the 4 decades we’ve been coming to this beach.

Nicely equipped, clean and quiet. Plus the sheets, towels and starter package (soaps, shampoo,etc) were a nice bonus. It’s a little strange architecturally that the balcony/walkway is not private and is accessible to the entire floor but we got used to it

Everything was amazing! Walking distance to beach and TONS of restaurants and shops. Only place we drove to was the board walk. The condo was cute and exactly like pictured.

Great, but USE CAUTION on stairwell

Great vacation rental, just use caution on the stairs. Very easy to slip and fall. I was seriously injured.

Great Rental

This is a great rental and location, linens provided, starter kit for cleaning. Great location, but still close to so many attractions. Being on the North side of Ocean City is quieter, it's a great location to either do things in Ocean City or jump up to Delaware. Footsteps away from the beach so if you have kids not far for them to walk. The condo was clean, comfortable beds, nice size kitchen. Highly recommend. This was our second time staying there this summer. Will definitely rent again.

Oceanview oasis

Highly recommend staying here! Check in was a breeze with a keypad entry. Parking was easy with the dedicated parking spot. This condo is just steps from the beach and you can see and hear the beach from the balcony! The balcony is large and has plenty of seats for all guests! Inside the condo was very clean, open and welcoming. There is also lots of seating in the living room with chairs and a futon. We appreciated the 2 full bathrooms for all our guests as well as the washer and dryer! Each room has it's own ac unit so everyone can sleep comfortably at their preferred temp. Can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to OC!

Great partial view of ocean from front balcony . Could hear ocean and feel breeze when present.

Liked table and chairs on front balcony .Liked the renovations of main living area, dining room and kitchen. Watch your step from hall to kitchen. There’s a floor divider ( not sure of official name of small stripe that they use between the flooring materials ) but it is raised and easy to trip on.

Vacation 2022

The online desprition and location says that it was on wight avenue oceanfront. Was not was pn 141 street. Side street. The condo had dirty linens and towels left outside condo door for days. The neighboor guy was very rude and yelling at us for a blue cart that wasn't our. The king bed was very uncomfortable and needs replaced. The tv in the other bedroom turns on but you can't change The channel or The volume or it turns off. We did enjoy or visit and the beach.

Not very good using Vacasa

The beach and any time spent outside of the condo was great. The condo is a nice condo and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. So Vacasa has taken over for Coldwell Banker and it is not good. The cost went up $600, the check in was an hour later and the check out was an hour earlier. Not sure how that makes any sense? The condo wasn’t cleaned before we checked in, like it was supposed to be. I guess the extra hour was for the cleaning crew to take a nap. Clothes were left in the washing machine, there was a basket of dirty towels left in the bathroom, the floors weren’t vacuumed or swept and the toilets were disgusting! Hair all over the back of the seats to go along with the urine stains on the seats. Almost forgot about the linen package that we were forced to get, even though for the past 15 years it was an option and we always bring our own linens. All that being said, I would stay away from any rentals that Vacasa is in charge of.
