It was a great property, especially with some little children to walk right to the beach. And come back and forth for lunch and nap times. It was great.

This is our second time staying at this location and our family loves it! The beach access is amazing in relation to the property’s location. The host is super thorough with pre-check in details and easy to connect with during your stay.

Visited OC with family. Our adult children stayed here. Condo was clean, conveniently located to the beach ( just a 5 minutes walk). Communication with hosts was excellent. Loved that there were available parking for both cars. Location good for local restaurants. Overall had a great time

The rental is in a nice location directly next to beach access. We like staying close to the Delaware line so it was perfect. The condo has everything you need and is more updated then most places that we have stayed at in the area. The only minor thing was that the floor was kind of dirty when we arrived so we had to sweep it. The upstairs shower also has some dirt in it that needed wiped down. Other then that, no complaints.

The proximity to the beach was amazing - just as pictured and advertized! We loved the deck and sitting out there in the mornings with our coffee! I have to admit, I was disappointed to see the couches covered in covers. I would have never rented this spot had I seen covers on the sofas - usually a telltale sign of a stained and gross sofa. After taking a peek at the sofa, that logic held, and it was stained and no pillows to make it more comfortable. Since the home is small and has only soft seating, it was disappointing. The main bathroom shower track/edging was black with mold - never took off my shoes in the shower. It was nasty. I dont think i would rent here again.
