Beautiful Ocean View 2 Bed & 2 Bath Condo

Complete renovated 2022. Lovely two bedroom, two bath unit. Updated tile bathrooms, new floors and living area. Beautiful views of ocean. Sit on the balcony with morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and evening dessert. Play tennis, bike ride, swim, hang out on the beach. You can park your car and never drive. Bus line is at the end of street (less than a block). Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, water slide, indoor and outdoor put-put golf. You name it we have it. Condo association keeps the property clean, several years winner of Ocean City beautification award. Some of our renters have been coming to us for over 15 years.
Beach chairs and bike are part of rental.
Walking distance to Northside Park. Watch the beautiful fireworks or Drone show from your balcony on Sunday evenings, weather permitting. Variety of games and books are in unit.

This unit was amazing and our family will definitely come back. The fireworks we saw from the balcony were beautiful not to mention the view - day and night.

Perfect condo for an OCMD vacation

This unit was exactly what my family needed! Great location and incredibly clean and well maintained property. Amazing beach view from the balcony, close to many restaurants, and shops, and only steps to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made the whole process (check in, check out and everything in between) so simple. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great!

This property is beautiful! While this is our first time staying in this condo, we have stayed at Camelot before and love it! This area is really nice. Everything is only a few blocks away and easy to get to. The grounds are kept extremely clean. Lorene was great to work with. She was attentive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

I have owned this property for over 20 years. My family loves enjoying their time here.
This winter we are doing a complete renovation. We love coming to Ocean City all seasons. My work schedule allows me to stay periodic weekends throughout the year and one week in June and July.

What I love about my place, view, view, view, sitting out on the balcony while chilling is awesome. If you are staying in season on a Sunday night Ocean City has either Drone show or fireworks at Northside Park, the show / fireworks (weather permitting) can be seen from our balcony and are great. I also love the upkeep of the grounds, our condo association always has the grounds beautifully kept (we have won the ocean city best grounds many years). The Olympic size pool and tennis court are in great addition. If you love subs, Primo Hoagies across Ocean Hwy are great, Beach Barrels has live bands throughout the season, and Ally Oops with mini bowling and games for the entire family all of these are a block away. Location, location, location, you can jump on the OC bus and go to any street in OC you want. Walk to Northside park (3 block walk) bike, take kids to the jungle gym, fish off the pier, kayak, paddle board, watch a ball game, enjoy the view, the list goes on.

Walking distance to basically everything. Beach, tennis, pool are steps out the door. Grocery, restaurants, liquor store, beautiful large park, live music at Beach Barrels, put-put golf, and more in walking distance.
