Offering access to incredible shared amenities, including indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a whirlpool spa, an exercise room, saunas, and a children’s play area, this marvelous, family-friendly condo is simply unbeatable! This tastefully decorated condo is part of the Carousel Hotel, which is famous for its ice rink and amenities mentioned above. Enjoy an oceanfront location with picture-perfect beach views and a convenient balcony with an outdoor dining area. Cook up a masterpiece in the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise your group with tasty meals and beach snacks. Then, you all can rest for a while watching TV or reading in the living room before heading out to one of the pools or the beach! The private washer/dryer on site will take care of your swimming suits and laundry during your stay.

*The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 19.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

4th of July at Carousel

Great weekend at beach. Have been going to Carousel hotel and condos for years. Great location and property. Very family oriented. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Fun place to spend time. Highly recommend

4th of July weekend

19th floor views amazing. Watch North Park fireworks from the bayside balcony. I’ve stayed at other condos at Carousel. I prefer rooms on ocean side. Can hear cars/emergency vehicles until late night. I am used to sleeping with ear putty which will block noise. Overall pleased with condo.

Great location

Older furnishings and carpet but excellent location. Cautiously book because the ice rink was closed when we arrived even though I verified it would be open with the hotel directly the day I booked.

We were only here for a couple days. We picked this room for the location. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were not the greatest and the bathrooms are very dated but it worked for the 2 days we were there.

Very dated. No beach vibes. Beds are very uncomfortble. Great for 4 people not 8. Kitchen doesnt have much if you are planning on eating in. Amenities are great.

Cute place, great location. Amazing views of both bay & ocean. Easy check-in. One negative - there were no toilet paper or paper towels provided. Those would have been nice to have upon arrival.

This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. We usually store it in the drawers and cabinets of the home, and in the event that the home does not have, you may reach out to us so that we can deliver it to you. Valentines weekend

The property is very nice for the price! Rooms are dated but overall a great place to stay. The dryer did not work, and the showers could really use new heads. Other then those few small issues we will for sure stay again!

The Wi-Fi is provided by the building itself and is standard for the carousel building, so unfortunately, it’s not something we or the owner can control. We will take care of the lighting by replacing any burnt-out bulbs. We’ll also follow up with housekeeping regarding the vacuum and the closet rugs. Additionally, we’ll check the fridge’s model and serial number to see if any broken shelves can be replaced. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.

Beautiful views! The owners/staff were excellent to work with but the clean team left a lot to be desired. Maybe they had an “off day” or were extremely busy. The sheets and towels were clean but that was about it.

Views at every turn

Location, location, location. This unit was exactly as advertised with an amazing ocean view for sunrises and a bay view for a beautiful sunset. Fully stocked and clean, the unit is showing its age and could use a bit of updating. But, with views and amenities at each turn, the condo is a great find.

Beautiful views

The condo was spacious and gave us room for our family with two infants and my mother to be comfy and spread out. The condo was in pretty good condition. Only complaints are the dryer doesn't dry anything and no tub stoppers to give little ones a bath. Otherwise the dining room chairs are a bit worn out in spots. The furniture was otherwise comfortable and clean. Very nice slider that was double planned and kept the cold out. We would love to stay again and again.

Property Manager not helpful

We had issues with the dryer and the iron. Getting responses was literally like pulling teeth. He was not helpful, not responsive, and basically frustrating to deal with.

Well since you asked.. just dont...

You will be cleaning your own room and possibly coming back with a case of covid. Well that's what we got! The employees of vacasa are liars too and like to say they call and call and leave voice-mail after voice mails but they don't. Thts besides the point. We get to our room after traveling half the day and there was matted back body hairs ALL over the room and bathroom. View is great once you clean your own rokm, bottom line , book through the Carousel themselves if you want to stay there. If not go somewhere other than vacasa.

Carousel #1905

We Love staying at the Carousel. This year we rented unit 1905; it was a huge disappointment. It was dirty, a bag of dirty linens was left in the master bedroom, the ceiling near the a c vent was black with dust, the Wall on the deck is buckling. We spilled something on the kitchen floor but there was no mop. We washed it but it was still sticky. We called Vacasa asking for a mop, she told us where we could buy one as they dont provide cleaning supplies. Please note that this unit is not under the Carousel umbrella so this is NO REFLECTION ON THE CAROUSEL. It is privately owned. Beware when renting this unit.

Never Again

The only nice thing I can say is that it was clean and a had beautiful view. We have rented several units before in the carousel and have never had a unit like this. The owners definitely do not do anything with the unit. I do realize that it is the end of the summer season and there will be some things that need to be done but you can tell this just hasn’t been up kept or updated. The toilet in the hallway is broken the flange bolts are missing ( making it very rocky). The dryer does not work at all. Furniture is chipped and broken. I did call when we were there to make sure they were aware. The kitchen is stocked with glassware and dishes but the pans we unusable.

Thank you for your feedback, Donna. We are sorry to hear the condition of our home wasn't up to our usual standards. A work order has been placed for maintenance to anchor the toilet. Our property manager tested the dryer it is working. It is an older unit with some rusty spots on the outside but it is working. We will replace the frying pans with a new set. Thank you again for this valuable information as we always welcome the opportunity to improve. We hope to have another chance to impress you on a future stay!

Not Great

Well check in was easy. The Lady was very nice. As for the facility and the room Not so nice. Everything was very dirty. Lots of cleaning is needed. Lots of paint could be touched up. Inside Pool area needs a lot of TLC. The room was a nice size. Lots of things need a touch up and cleaned. Light bulbs missing and burnt out. Lamps with broken switches. Ceiling tiles out in bathroom. Bathroom floors not clean. Carpet looks nice but needs cleaned the floors made the bottom of my sox's dirty they may never come clean. Frig handles were all sticky and counters were all gritty. Good thing i brought my Clorox wipes everything got wiped with them. As for the remotes they were also very dirty, and the batteries were dead in some. Beds were ok nothing special, but they were ok. Then the medical waste that closed the ocean that was a new one. The staff had no personality too young to boring. We made the best of everything, and we had a nice vacation. Not going back

We shared your comments with the local manager and they assured us that they will replace the batteries in the remotes, replace light bulbs as needed and inform the building manager of the missing ceiling tiles. They will also share your comments about the pool area with the HOA and have the carpet steam cleaned. Overall a great stay, and would stay again!

I'm not sure why it says there's an obstructed view. There is another part to the hotel/condominium between you and ocean, but it's maybe 5 stories high and you're 19 stories up. It's a beautiful view in every direction. Room was clean, beds were ok, everything went smooth. My complaints are minor, but here they are: • Internet is VERY slow. I have kids that like to play their Nintendo Switches, and I ended using my phone hotspot for all of that. Was hoping the room itself would have internet, but instead you're using the shared building wifi - 6mbps up and down at best, and under 1mbps at worst (I checked a few times). • Pots and pans are lacking and very old. • Literally Dollar Store silverware (I know because I have the same cheap set I use for camping). If you tried to dip into a Ben & Jerries with that spoon it would bend into a pretzel. That's basically it. I do yearly trips to Ocean City for a week at a time, and we do some cooking in house to offset the price of the stay and enjoy dining on the balcony. Cooking Utensil selection was a little weak, but manageable (no tongs, no meat thermometer, cheap silverware, cheap/old pots and pans, etc).

Only things I did not love: No K cups or coffee provided only a coffee pot. Bath Tub off living room is dangerously slick when wet and needs traction/safety matt, also shower head broken, was like using a garden hose with no sprayer. All minor things, but overall a great place!!
