Watch sunrises from your bedroom Over sized ocean front balcony to watch the surf and sunrises and a bonus balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets over the bay. 7th floor great location North OC walk across the street to Grocery store , shopping and many Restaurants. Indoor/outdoor/kiddy pools, gym , cabana bar/restaurant/coffee shop arcades and even a Ice skating rink free ice skating and shows Friday during season The family will never be bored. Fully equipped open kitchen can sit 10 with bar stools . Beach chairs and boogie boards

Lots of things to do- pools, beach, ice skating, etc. Some outlets didn’t work and the place could use some updating but overall it was a nice beachfront condo.

Nice beachfront property in a facility with lots of amenities that are great for kids. Check-in at the facility was pretty straight forward. Additionally, Cheryl, the host, reached out personally to me herself several times throughout my stay to make sure there was no issues, which I appreciated.

Nice condo

Did not like overlooking the building roof below off of the balcony. Pictures obviously did not show that. Nice kitchen, very well stocked with pans, utensils, etc.

Wonderful Vacation

There were 4 generations in our party. My mom, myself, 3 of my kids (2 adults & 1 minor age 10) and 2 grandkids (ages 3 & 5). We had a great view and the venue had plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. We woke up early to watch the sunrise on the horizon. We were even lucky enough to catch a school of dolphins swimming downstream. All from the balcony view. I would definitely recommend.

Great family trip

This property was a great spot for a family trip! Convenient location and very quiet. Very nice outdoor bar and grill, and easy access to the beach. Grocery store across the street. We also loved the private oceanfront balcony. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Misleading info

The pictures that show the balconies are extremely misleading. From the “oceanfront” balcony you see the building in front of you. It is lower so you can see the water but not the beach. You see the roof and HVAC equipment. The picture is the far right side of the balcony with a table and chairs strategically put in front of the building. Also the “private” balcony where you can see views of the sunset on the bay side is the hallway where all the other peoples rooms are. There are signs on the railing that say this area is for room ... The bedrooms are nice. The kitchen and living area are good. The kitchen has everything you would need for you stay. You do have to supply your own paper products after what’s there is gone. I think that’s standard. The bathrooms really need an update and maintenance. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed the amenities at the hotel but we paid a lot for this room and expected more.

Great place, huge balcony, good location

The property is very well kept and clean, surprisingly quiet, with a very responsive host. The balcony was large and it was so nice to have such a long ocean view from both the living room and master. Full kitchen with all you need to not eat out all the time. Quiet dishwasher too. We enjoyed the ice show, the pools and the beach. And so nice to have a huge TV.

Great Family Condo

My family and I stayed at this property in August of 2021. The kids loved all the amenities the condo and the hotel had to offer. The condo was nice and clean. It was perfect for a family since it had multiple bedrooms and two bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again.
