Fair Haven 2 Bedroom

This apartment is located at 22 Havensight and is a three minute drive from Havensight mall where you can find restaurants and dining such as: Tap and Still, Beni Iguanas, Pizza Amore, Dog House Pub, Chicken and Bowling, The Great Wall Restaurant and more. There is an ocean view and a view of the yachts as they dock in the harbor. The view of the west side of the St Thomas can also be seen from the apartment. A free complimentary t-shirt will be given to guest and WiFi is available.

The space
Guests have the whole apartment unit to themselves and it is completely private. Keyless entry is provided, where guests receive a code on the check-in day to have access to their unit. There is a porch, where one can feel free to have morning coffees and enjoy the view, or watch the sunset during the evening. This apartment has a full kitchen to use. The neighborhood is safe and has an engaging night life close by. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport and a 3 minute drive from Havensight Shopping Mall.

Guest access
Many comforts are provided in order to make sure that guests have the best stay. There is space for our guests to work if they desire to do so, and Wifi and a smart TV is available during their stay. The kitchen has appliances such as a microwave, stove and oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. There is a closet available that also has an iron and ironing board available.

The only issue we had with this location was taxis not wanting to pick us up/drop us off on this part of the island. In order to get anywhere we had to walk from the house to the taxi stand at Havensight Mall (5 min walk), otherwise we were limited to only being able to do things within walking distance. The house was clean and very well air-conditioned and we loved being able to watch the cruise ships coming in and out everyday with a great view from the balcony. We felt very safe and secure staying here.

Central Location

We stayed here to be in the center of St Thomas. The location was great, though the area is very busy due to the many cruise ships that come and go every day (at least in the winter). Overall, the property was great for what we were looking for!

Excellent stay

Upon our arrival, Michael met us, gave a tour of the property and provided details that made the trip smooth. Apartment had all the comforts of home. Space is efficient, very clean and safe. Location also offers great views of southern part of island and cruise ships. Would absolutely stay again!

The location was very nice! The apartment was immaculately clean! Felt welcomed and the unit had some complimentary snacks, water, toiletries, towels, to get you started! The views are beautiful from the apartment and is close to everything! Restaurants, activities, mall! The best thing was the cleanliness of the apartment was so fresh and clean! The property was close to good restaurants and downtown CA. Very clean. Comfortable bedding. The only downside was we were close to a major road, so road noise was an issue in the mornings, and late afternoon. Kitchen could use more stocking, such as baking pans and aluminum foil and wrap for leftovers.
