A Peace in Paradise too!

Cute 2/1 apartment situated on the entire top floor of multiunit dwelling. Located on the north side of St. Thomas, the balcony offers spectacular views of Hull Bay and the inside of the home is open and airy. Both bedrooms have split unit A/C ‘s. So, when needed you can chill out. Also, we provide parking and an in unit laundry room . Oh!, and not to mention, this sweet gem is within walking distance to Hull Bay Beach, The Shack, and Fish Bar. (Uphill/Downhill). Side note : ***The two twin beds can be converted into a king bed upon request. ***Queen air mattress and pack n play is also available upon request. Don't miss out!

*Recommend renting vehicle as location is not within walking distance to public transportation

***Automatic generator backup if the power goes out.

Our host Lindsay was available and helpful with all aspects of our stay! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home sitting above Hull Bay. Loved watching the surfers in the afternoons! A quick drive to the beach where mostly locals hang out and a fun night of great food and Bingo at the Shack!

We were in St. Thomas for a wedding and stayed here. It was within close proximity to the wedding venue and made it easy to get back and forth after wedding festivities. The home itself was clean and homey. Beautiful views of the ocean from the outside patio. A perfect place for my husband and I to stay while on the island. Our host was very responsive and extremely nice. She made it easy to find the property and was there to assist if we needed anything.

Amazing spot, away from the heavy crowds. Short walk to Hull Beach and access to good snorkeling. Place was well equipped for visitors, lots of pots, pans, insect repellent, sun block, snorkeling gear, beach bags, spices, etc. Loved the option for AC at night to sleep. Sat every morning on the balcony drinking coffee. A perfect retreat for a family.

Great view

While it's a bit out of the way, the property is within an easy walk of the bay. The price was fair, and communication and check-in/out were quick and easy.10/10 would stay again!

Excellent VRBO house, location, and host.

We all loved this VRBO! Well appointed. You can tell the hostess put thought into everything. Extra beach towels, a cooler, comfortable chairs on deck, and great washer/dryer. Her directions made arrival and check in easy. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing stay.

Everything was great. VRBO host has everything in apartment to make the stay easy. Views from the patio are awesome! A prior review said water pressure was low. Not so. Shower after a day in the sun was great. The breeze on the patio was so pleasant. Walking distance to Hull Bay and two restaurants there. Hill Bay is so chill. A+

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. The home had everything we needed and was comfortable. The location was great for being away from all the cruise ship crowds and close to beautiful Magens Bay for swimming and Lindquist Beach for snorkling. The home overlooks Hull bay which is beautiful too. We would stay thete again.

Excellent Property!

What a great find on the north side of the island - close to Hull Bay. The property was tricky to find, but the property manager was quick to guide us to the correct spot. The property was extremely well equipped! We had everything we needed from beach toys/chairs/ and umbrellas to kitchen wear needed to prepare meals. The views from the deck were fantastic as well. Never needed the a/c due to trade winds. Would highly recommend!

Awesome!

My husband, son and I stayed here for a week in January. We had a wonderful stay and would stay at this property again if in St. Thomas again. I'll list the pros/cons below but must say overall it is wonderful. The view of Hull Bay from the covered deck is beautiful and the comfortable outdoor furniture and hammock were great places to sip a drink and take it in! Also, Lindsay and Jeremia were incredibly responsive. When the grill was out of propane, Lindsay had it replaced in 5 minutes. When we texted a question, the response came in seconds or minutes! They made visiting the islands so much easier. Pros: *So many beach items available to use - brand new beach chairs, choice of 3 coolers!, beach umbrella, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, towels etc. etc. Very helpful! * Great washer/dryer and they even provided a plenty of detergent, softener, and dryer sheets * Nice propane grill which we used almost every night * Extra keys on a ring as well as in a lock box by the door if you prefer not to take them to the beach for fear of losing * Plenty of shampoo, soap, paper towels, aluminum foil, Kleenex, basic spices and oil, coffee and coffee mate, multiple sets of bath and hand towels plus washcloths, etc. * A parking space (not a given on this parking challenged island!) * Maps of St. Thomas and St. John as well as a rack of information of things to do, restaurants etc. The Fish Bar was our favorite. * Quiet neighborhood - noise was never an issue and few cars drive by Cons: * The shower was our least favorite thing - the shower head is a trickle (trying to conserve water but takes forever to rinse off) and it doesn't drain very well. * The road to get to the home is not good (potholes etc.) For us, the cons were manageable and far outweighed by the pros. We give it 5/5 and highly recommend this "Peace of Paradise."

Comfort and amenities in a great location with wonderful view!

Of course accessible to the whole island if you are an adventurous road, left side driver but especially good if you want to spend time at the unbelievable Magen's Bay beach or the comfortable, local Hulls Bay beach just down the hill. This property is a great home base with good kitchen, comfortable beds, beach chairs and equipment, and a great balcony overlooking Hull Bay. Also good beach bar/restaurant at Hull and the gourmet Fish Bar restaurant close by. It all made for a great vacation.

A stunning view and peaceful stay at Hull Bay

The condo is on the entire top floor, spacious two bedrooms, and a practical kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything works. The highlight of our stay was the view overlooking Hull beach from the veranda. We never had enough of it. Our host is thoughtful and generous. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, all the basic needs from drinking water to popcorn packets. :) It is a 10 minute walk to Hull beach, where we enjoyed our downtime. The Shack at Hull Bay is a cute place to stop for lunch. Will return in a heartbeat!

Breathtaking

This property is situated above the Hull Bay beach. Sunsets and sunrises are magical from the balcony. Our host is blessed with foresight and it showed as the instant we panicked about not having something a brief search turned up something that would work. The property is spacious and was very clean! Neighbors were quiet and folks waved at us as we drove around the neighborhood. We drove in circles for a bit on our initial search for the property but that was our fault as we relied on gps versus the directions she sent. Once we pulled over and look at her instructions, we found it within a few minutes. Don’t hesitate to book as the price was well worth the amenities! Enjoy your trip!!

Beautiful beach location

Fantastic apartment with a short walk to Hull Bay beach. We loved the views from the veranda. The place had absolutely everything we could need. Would stay here again! (Location is further from the grocery store or restaurants than we thought. But next time we’ll just plan better as we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Thomas)
