The Vintage Lake House w/ Private Dock

Our Lake House has vintage charm with a throw back to carefree days at the lake that include 1930s woodwork with original interior doors, interior porch windows, staircase and hutch in the kitchen. Don't worry, we didn't forget about the new amenities too! This home has been renovated and has new exterior doors, windows, flooring, quartz countertops and comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, wireless internet and TVs for streaming your favorite shows. Relax on the enclosed porch in the swing or outside on the back deck or by the firepit.

This home has a lake view from the upstairs bedrooms and a peekaboo view from the front porch. Renters will also have access to a private dock for use that is located on Main Street which is just a quick walk from the house. In addition to the private dock, that is included in the rental, you also have access to two kayaks with life vests.

The home is within walking distance of a 6 mile bike or walking path, several eat in restaurants, pizza places and fast food options. It is also within a mile of the grocery and hardware store. For those looking for a winter retreat, we are also located 18 miles from Mad River Mountain.
