Private entrance with oversized driveway that can accommodate a boat , trailer or RVs. Amenities include full size kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, dining table, washer dryer, 65" smart TV and private internet. First bedroom has a king size bed, Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Screened in porch area . Located near parks with hiking and biking trails. The Wekiva and St Johns rivers are close by for boating and kayaking. Located between Historical districts for both Sanford and Mt Dora for shopping and dining. Owners are close by for any assistance needed during your stay. This is a Dog Friendly property only. No cats birds or other animals allowed.

Overall, this was a perfect 2 bed 2 bath property with lots of space to park. Fully equipped kitchen and fit all of our needs while being comfortable, relaxing, and good for our kids. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Very comfy king size bed and very nice screened in porch. Perfect location between Sanford and Mt. Dora. We enjoyed both charming downtown areas. We hope to stay here again!
