Les vues sont tout simplement spectaculaires de ce condo de deux chambres Ă  coucher au dernier Ă©tage. L'emplacement du Shell Island Beach Club vous offre le meilleur des deux mondes. À seulement quelques pas de la plage de sable et de sable, vous pourrez vous baigner dans le golfe, visiter le phare, puis marcher jusqu'au quai de pĂȘche pour admirer le coucher de soleil sur la baie de San Carlos.

Sentez la brise tropicale venir de votre véranda moustiquaire tout en savourant votre café du matin ou un cocktail d'aprÚs-midi sur les tout nouveaux meubles de patio confortables.

Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et salle à manger permettent aux invités de dßner dans le condo avec confort. Retirez-vous à votre suite de maßtre avec un lit king-size aprÚs un long trempage dans la grande baignoire de jardin. Votre invité ou famille aura beaucoup de place dans la chambre spacieuse avec deux lits jumeaux. Ce condo peut accueillir confortablement six personnes avec un canapé-lit queen size. Les plafonds voûtés et les meubles de plage ajoutent à l'atmosphÚre relaxante et spacieuse.

Passez vos journées à la piscine, marchez le long des plages bordées de coquillages, faites du vélo sur des kilomÚtres de belles pistes cyclables, jouez au tennis ou détendez-vous simplement. Shell Island Beach Club offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites.

Nous sommes situés sur l'extrémité est historique prÚs du phare, des restaurants et des boutiques. Des courts de tennis et des vélos sont disponibles gratuitement sur place. Wifi et télévision par cùble sont également disponibles sans frais. Une belle piscine et un grand bain à remous sont littéralement à quelques pas de la copropriété.

Restaurants, épiceries et magasins de crÚme glacée sont situés à proximité d'une marche / vélo.

Great location, had nice boardwalk for easy beach access. Condo stayed nice and cool and we were there in August and had nice views of the gulf. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Host was responsive with any questions that were asked. Would stay again!

Sanibel beach condo

Condo was clean. Kitchen pots & pans Ok, though could use more glasses and small spoons. Only salt & pepper for spices. The complex facility grounds (pool, hot tub, tennis courts) are still under repair, though this was disclosed. Unexpected installation of new windows, but worked around the inconvenience. Beautiful views and access to the beach.

The unit had stunning views and was incredibly comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. The free bike rentals were a fantastic bonus and made exploring the area even more enjoyable.

Beautiful condo steps from the beach! The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Perfect if you are flying in! Kitchen was well stocked. The bed was super comfortable which is always a plus! Would stay here again! Thanks for a great week!!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo unit on the beach is beautiful with an amazing gulf view. The high ceilings made it seem even more spacious. Love the convenience of in-unit laundry. Owners responded quickly to our need for a beach umbrella. Only drawback was getting luggage up to and down from third floor, but we managed fine. Would love to return to see the grounds when the post-hurricane reno is complete.

Excellent location and property!

My family of four had a great week in this spacious condo! We spent most mornings on the balcony with coffee in hand watching the sunrise and early shellers. The unit was well appointed with everything a family would need for a week away. The lack of elevators made up for the abundance of delicious restaurants nearby! If you are looking for an amazing view minutes from the beach, this condo is for you!

Sanibel is back!

It was so nice to be back to Sanibel after the hurricanes. The property had beautiful views of the gulf. Bikes were included through a local bike rental shop. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. My family is already asking about returning next year for spring break.

Beautiful location but still sad and rebuilding from ian

Beautiful view and nicely done inside but just a few issues: mas bath toilet fan not working, no mop or vacuum for sand and no where to wipe feet. Beware of lots of steps to get to 2nd floor. Pics show table and chairs on porch. . Refrigerator ice maker not working. Owners helpful by did not fix icemaker

Lovely Unit

This unit was very clean. It was nicely appointed for cooking, cleaning up and laundry. The View is incredible. lanai was very nice. There was rebuilding of the pool area happening, but during our stay we had zero construction noise from the complex. It will be beautiful once completed. The Owner was very responsive and maintenance person was uber professional. Beds were comfortable and rocking chairs on the lanai. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Return to Shell Island Beach Club.

Our third time back to S.I.B.C. reminded us how much we liked staying on the east end of the island. The condo we stayed in was very nice. We will return again soon.

Million Dollar View

Such a great location and million dollar, unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. Steps away from the beach. Very thoughtful in providing amenities for the beach such as umbrella, chairs and even toys for the kids - the only other thing I would recommend would be a beach wagon of some sort for easier transport. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances including a toaster, Keurig and microwave. We ate out all the time so we didn't use any of it except the Keurig, but it's there for those who need it - we like to support small business owners, and the dining experiences were great! Everything you want or need is a short walk, ride or drive. We used the bicycles provided by the condo to ride to the lighthouse and pier. The bike/walk trail is right out front of the condos and runs along side the entire main road, so it's very safe! Some of the other reviews mention the stairs and, yes, there are stairs up to the 3rd floor condo and no elevator. This wasn't a big deal for us, and the view from the top is worth the climb! Heads-up, the parking situation can be awkward. There are 4 spaces under the building, but for this unit it's almost like parallel parking because you have to back in around and in-between another car and a concrete pillar - I actually had to knock on the unit downstairs and have them pull their car forward so we could get into the assigned parking space. The WiFi connection wasn't great, but thankfully we spent most of our time outdoors because the weather was beautiful. Cute beach decor, but the master bed was VERY hard, like sleeping on a boxspring, and the front half of the sofa cushions are completely worn down. The condo was overall clean, but could definitely use some TLC and improvement in cleaning. Side note, I grew up in FL and have never been to a beach where the boats literally anchor right in front of the beach in chest hight water, or at all for that matter. I guess this is normal for Sanibel because the ocean looked like a boat parking lot as far as the eyes could see. If you plan on swimming, surfing, boogie boarding or any other water sports you can't do it here. All-in-all, we were satisfied with our stay and loved Sanibel Beach!

Amazing Location and View

We had an amazing 4 day stay at the condo and loved it. The location is perfect. You are right next to the pool and beach access and we loved using them both. The pool area is well kept and like being at a resort and the beach was not busy at all. The view of the turquoise water from the balcony is amazing and where we spent most of our time when we were in the condo. Lots of restaurants close by and the kids loved biking to get some delicious ice cream. Only minor issues we had were the ice maker does not work, the master bed is very firm, and the outdoor furniture cushions are run down and ready to be replaced. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to come back to Sanibel!

Very nice condo, plenty of space for our 2 kids. View of the ocean was beautiful from the condo. Nice property! Kids loved the pool & hot tub. Close to the beach.

This is our favorite place on the island. We love the sparkling clean outdoor heated pool and hot tub. There are an abundance of lounge chairs around the pool for everyone to enjoy. Waking up to watch the sunrise from our lanai is a fabulous way to start the day! This resort has a tennis/pickleball court with all equipment needed to play. Just a very short walk to the beach, you will enjoy miles of beautiful white sandy beach, filled with different types of fascinating seashells.

Free WIFI and cable tv. The grilling area is a fabulous place cook and hang out. Brand new outdoor patio furniture in our condo has created an extra living space, perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Also included in our condo is everything you need at the beach, such as, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for children.
