Ce condo au premier Ă©tage surĂ©levĂ©, avec deux chambres Ă  coucher / deux salles de bain, est une façade directe sur le golfe avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et la plage de Fort Myers. Vous pouvez dormir confortablement six personnes. La suite parentale comprend un bain Ă  remous et une douche sĂ©parĂ©e; les deux chambres et le salon disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat LCD avec lecteur DVD. . Le condo est livrĂ© avec une console de jeu Wii avec des jeux conviviaux pour les familles fournis dans l'unitĂ© pour des moments de dĂ©tente en famille. Le porche avec moustiquaire est un endroit charmant pour prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner ou un verre en soirĂ©e tout en surplombant l’eau. Une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et une salle Ă  manger permettent aux invitĂ©s de dĂźner dans le condo avec confort et Ă©lĂ©gance. WI-FI est disponible sans frais.

Vous n'ĂȘtes que des Ă©tapes Ă  la plage de sable de sucre. Nous sommes situĂ©s sur l'historique East End, prĂšs du phare, des restaurants et des magasins. Des courts de tennis et des vĂ©los sont disponibles gratuitement sur place. Une belle piscine et bain Ă  remous sont littĂ©ralement Ă  quelques pas de la copropriĂ©tĂ©. Very clean and cute vrbo. AMAZING view from balcany!!! Very cozy. The owner was beyond kind as to make things right when we notified asking how we missed the pool was closed and under construction. That was a huge bummer, looks like it will be a beautiful area but very far from completion. A few notes to future travelers that are to no fault of the owner of this vrbo but are worth noting, i would highly recommended this condo and the location was great!However, the next norning after arriving we went to the main office of the complex. The gal at desk was very welcoming until we told her what unit we were in then she wanted nothing to do with us as she said that unit was privetly owned and they didnt manage it. Her tone changed and made us feel extremly stuipd for not knowing that. No problem, i get it. So I asked about bike rentals and she handed me a brochure and told me to call them. Much research said bikes were the best way to get around the island. Yes riding bikes was a blast, but not long term, shopping/food is very spaced out, you def. Want a rental car to see more and go as far as Captiva. We went during the December and it gets dark very early, so again biking to dinner was not possible leaving you really only 1 close restraunt. Which was fantastic tho! Also the bagel shop near this vrbo was a 10 out of 10 for a quick bite before riding bikes for the day . If your a coffee drinker make sure to bring coffe pods or grab some in ft . Meyers. Before hand.

We arrived after dark and locating the unit in the dark was a challenge. After locating it successfully we had an issue getting in the condo. More detailed instructions would have been helpful. However, kudos to after hours staff who responded quickly to a call. The unit was perfect. Nicely furnished and very clean. The view was outstanding. The only thing negative was the Keurig needed descaling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The host was helpful with my questions and the condo was well stocked with the essentials. There were no spices or salt and pepper, etc if you intend to cook. The beach was beautiful. Everything was clean and neat inside and out.

Property was beautiful with fabulous views of the gulf. Both the owner and rental agent were responsive and helpful. I will be back to this property.

Unfortunately we found dirty towels in main bedroom. There were a bunch of ants on balcony however someone did come back and spray for us. We had difficulty with the lock and had to try several codes before someone came to let us in.Amy was very helpful, I believe she’s the owner.Communication between myself and management company could have been better. We enjoyed the condo in spite of rough start to are vacation.

AMAZING STAY!

This condo was amazing all the way around! Clean, the view was beautiful, everything we needed to cook, lots of towels, washer & dryer, screened in patio to keep bugs out, wonderful communication, nice beach chairs to use, boards and toys for the kids, cooler & more! I had a few things needed and it was taken care of immediately! I would stay here again and my family and I are very picky where we stay! We drove from Ky and still rented a golf cart to go shelling at so many nice places. We never felt unsafe anywhere and found tons of shells to bring home! Walking distance to shops and ice cream! We also had access to bikes and covered parking! Amy was always so nice! Her brother also owns a condo in the same building that my niece rented for the week. I would highly recommend renting from both of them again! Make sure to take plenty of bug spray for the no see ums. Repell 40% deet helped us more than any other! I also used bug repellent bracelets too! Note that this is not the owners problem. It’s just a thing that happens on Sanibel! We never had a bad meal anywhere. The food was so good and we have to have dessert daily too! The Shack, Magic Bus, Cheeburger Cheeburger, Bimini Bait Shack, Jerry’s Cafe! Rent this condo and enjoy it as much as we did!

Gulf Front Gem

Fabulous gulf front condo near the historic Sanibel Lighthouse. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, screened balcony with table and chairs, closet filled with beach chairs and lot’s of other beach toys/supplies — and the VIEW is a 10/10. New landscaping is beautiful. Wonderful deck walkway to beach complete with foot/body rinse shower. Amazing comeback from hurricanes Ian, Milton and Helene. Pool and tennis courts not yet repaired - but who cares - you’re surrounded by the best pool filled with turquoise water, shells, seabirds and dolphins.Highly recommend Shell Island Beach Club!

I CANT IMAGINE THERES ANYWHERE BETTER!

We had an AMAZING stay on Sanibel. The unit was exactly as described and came stocked with the basic essentials and more. The home itself was super clean, easy to find, nicely decorated and most importantly had wonderful comfortable beds. The best part though is the proximity to the beautiful beach. You are literally a 2-3 minute walk away (and that’s walking w a 5 year old) We would all HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely relaxing stay on Sanibel.

Beautiful and relaxing place for our family

We loved our stay. Walking right out to the beach daily was a highlight. It was also about a 5 minute walk to some small lunch, coffee, and souvenir shops. Loved using the bikes - though you do have to pay extra for any kids attachments that aren’t a standalone bike. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance and gadget you need and the grill worked great. Make sure to bring your own coffee and oil since there is none provided - I was a little surprised by this since most places like this will at least have a bottle of oil and enough coffee for 1 pot of coffee. This is our 3rd visit to Sanibel and we would definitely stay here again! Perfect location and the place was very nice for us.

Condo was sufficient

The condo was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was very nice. Nice views. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was organized and had everything you could have needed. Price was right and good location. Grounds were very well kept. The only recommendation I would have is remove the live plants inside and some of the decor clutter. Other than that I would stay here again.
