Welcome home to this gorgeous remodeled and upgraded single story 3-bedroom, 2 bath panoramic view property in the heart of Chula Vista. This home is absolutely perfect to soak up the sun, relax or stay pool side and work remotely. As you walk up to the home you will notice a stunning manicured palm tree and a beautiful landscaping. Warmth and light welcome you into the spacious Living Room which offers a wall-to-wall sliding door that overlooks the back yard and the pool.
The space
The space is very close to highways, parks, Costco, Ralphs Super Market, 99 Ranch ( a super store Asian Market ), Sushi, Pho and Mexican restaurants.
Guest access
The kitchen comes well equipped with your everyday cooking needs, a Ninja Coffee/Tea maker and more.
Enjoy your mornings and evenings in the private tranquil backyard that offers a below ground pool, a covered patio, a Meyers lemon tree, rose bushes, drought tolerant landscaping and endless city, ocean & mountain views. The home is centrally located and just minutes from parks, Aquatica SeaWorld Water park, shopping, outlet mall, hospitals, restaurants and super close to the freeways.
Other things to note
HWY 805 is near by and as a result of that there might be some noise in the outdoor area.
Must be at least 25 years to book unless you are coming with your family.
âOutside quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am as this property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. If quiet hours are not respected you may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
âNo unregistered guests. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed in the home unless you have spoken with us first and we allowed it. A violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests from the property without any refund.
âNO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house ($1000 to deep clean the house and furniture). Smoking is ONLY allowed on the outside areas. Must use ashtrays.
âNO MUSIC or any loud noise/voice outside after 10 pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is a residential neighborhood.
âNO PARTIES or GATHERINGS. NO extra visitors or over night stays allowed due to liability issues.
âNo eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Guests will be charged for any food or drink stains on the linens.
âClean the grill after each use.

â Pool & Spa Policies + Pool Heating:
The pool heater is remotely operated on a smart device by the host. If you decide to have the pool heated for your stay, please let me know at the time of your booking or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Pool heating fee is $100 per day and the pool will be heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit.
Please let host know in advance, if you'd like pool heating.
Note that it can take up to 6 hours to heat up the pool to 82 degrees Fahrenheit, especially if it's cold outside. Fees must be paid before heating can commence.
- Spa/Hottub heating is complimentary and it's completely separate from the pool.
âEveryone MUST SHOWER before using the pool and the hot tub. Please turn off pool lights when done for the night.
Please do not allow any children 14 years or younger to enter the pool area without an adult supervision.
No Glass by the pool ($1000 Damage fee to drain and clean the pool)
â Please do not take out or remove the pool vacuum cleaner at any time during your stay.
â Do not tamper with pool equipments. If pool equipments is found to have been pampered with, you will be charged a $1,000 penalty fee.

â PETS:
Please text the breed, age and size before booking the listing.
Dogs must be under 35 lbs, house broken and potty trained.
Once accepted, there will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $100 per pet (Cash/Venmo/PayPal)

â Upon departure:
1) Please place dishes in the dishwasher and run it before the cleaning crew arrive.
2) All trash must be bagged up and placed in the bins next to the side yard door. Blue is Recycle and Black is trash.
3) Turn off all lights and fans and lock doors when leaving.
For your safety and ours, there are two cameras located outside of the property set for motion recordings.

Originally from Chicago, spent some times in Brazil looking to open a Bed & Breakfast and finally decided to move to San Diego after all. I do Real Estate for work and super happy and outgoing. Traveled quite a bit, energetic and very familiar with all the hidden spots and to do things San Diego has to offer. I truly enjoy Hosting and making others happy. My goal is to keep a smile on you through out your stay with me :)

The house gives you a wonderful panoramic Mountain and Ocean view and no neighbors in the front. Very close to many grocery stores; 1.7 miles from a Costco.
